What does asset bundle error means

The other day when I tried to play my game this message saying asset bundle error came up. Has this ever happened to you and how do you fix that?

    @SelfMadeGOAT can you send a screenshot of the error? Has it happened multiple times or just once?

    I get this error almost daily and it stops me from getting the daily tasks rewards …

    @Roriy can you try refreshing the page and seeing if that fixes it? That means it ran into an error downloading assets for the game. Could be a variety of reasons why it happened, including internet connection.

    I know this section is for technical issues about the portal but the picture format of this screenshot looks more like a screenshot from a phone then the portal. are you getting that error from your phone or the web portal @Roriy ?

    I am getting the error on my phone playing the game on the app.. sorry if my message is in the wrong section but it was a similar error. when I try to open the game on the portal, it doesn't even load, I just get errors to check my internet connection or there is no internet connection but I have no issues accessing any other site.

    So I have received this error again the past two days which means that I lose out on daily tasks and daily rewards a) because I get the asset bundle error on my phone and b) when I attempt to play from the portal I keep getting an error saying that I don't have an internet connection c) I can't play from the portal using my web browser on my phone because that only seems to want to divert me back to the phone app …

    @Hungover can you look into this?

    @Roriy can you please provide your in-game username? You can also only play the Web Game on your Desktop. You cannot play it on a mobile browser. Mobile browsers do not well support WebGL (the technology required for the Web game)

    I tried screenshot the error on my desktop but when I tried to upload it here to the message, it wouldn't attach.

    Hi @Roriy, is this issue happening persistently on all of your devices? Meaning, does it happen all the time or there are still times when you can access the game normally?

    I can access the game only on my mobile app but once either during my night or once during my morning. If I miss either timeframe then I lose out on everything for that particular day.

    @Roriy So it's not persistent. Can you confirm that your internet is strong all the time and your device's storage has enough free space for game data to be added in?
