Game freezing
Game freezes on portal after some matches. When starting match, black screen appears and never disappears.

@Allman can you send me details of your system specs if you didn't already? Please reach out to Customer Support about this as well.
Just to clarify, you did not receive a memory error message, correct?

No, I did not receive memory error message. I have 8GB of RAM, intel i5 4th gen and gtx 1050Ti. Specs are definitely not the problem.

@Allman thank you for helping us debug. The reason I asked for specs is that sometimes a specific chipset (e.g. graphics card) may conflict with a browser's WebGL implementation.
Are you continuing to have this issue? I have raised it to our dev team regardless.

Well, I think no. I faced it 2 or 3 times but every time the broswer tab was not in full screen. Maybe that was the problem?

@Allman that shouldn't matter. But the game does run best on Chrome or Firefox, so continue to try on those browsers. The dev team is looking into these memory issues now regardless.
