The screen freezes in my inventory rewards.

It's been going on for months and months and it really needs a resolution as it is really annoying. The screen freezes for a while whenever I tap on any reward bags and stuff in my inventory, even the free bags, EVERYTIME I launch and relaunch the app. Please fix this issue.
