Missed the Claim Rewards Pop Up and now nothing

Hi All,

So when the Showdown Faction Event ended I got the pop up up saying "you have won" where you would normally press "Claim". But just as I was about to touch the screen, a pop up for something came up so when I actually pressed, it took me to the special offers page. I click out of that and the rest of the end of event rewards start coming up, claim claim claim; but the rewards for the faction event never come up again. I thought ok, well, as I didn't press claim it would have claimed automatically because you are never going to say "no thanks", but nothing in my inventory, I then think "ok, so they must be in my rewards list to be claimed", nope. So what is the deal? If you miss the claim button at that moment, you lose the rewards? I have already raised with in game support, but they are taking ages to respond lately. Anyone had this before and know anything I do not?
