White Squares in Showdown defenses

Considering that now we know how this happens, i.e.

• a player gets a SS via hacking/pulls manipulation/illegal methods
• said player puts the illegal SS as defender in Showdown Mode
• you guys find it out and remove the illegal SS
• the stystem puts the white square in place of the removed illegal SS

..is there an ETA on when this is going to be fixed? Because, this way, you're basically rewarding cheaters...

Thanks for the reply....well, since those white squares appeared to those who used the free trial Aleister Black as their Showdown defender (after it was removed), I believe it's safe to say that there's another cause, besides missing or corrupt art/assets in-game, mainly cause those white squares happened a lot in a (in)famous Italian Cheater's Faction (no, that's not its name and no, I'm not making names or IGNs publicly, you know I can't).

Besides all that, there are players (in the past and in the present) that exploited the fact that revenges can't be exact against "white squares" to climb to the top. The question is: when will this be fixed? Thank you!

Well, let me make an example of how it happens (I'll use a fake IGN and a fake Superstar in the example, of course):

• The player Thief86 decides to use a hack-tool in order to manipulate pulls and gets a TOP Tier Superstar, Zombie Hulk Hogan.
• The player Thief86 sets his defense in Showdown Mode and chooses Zombie Hulk Hogan as defender
• The player Thief86 gets reported by other players and someone among you developers finds out that he manipulated the pulls and removes Zombie Hulk Hogan from his roster
• The player Thief86 gets a 3-days ban (is that the penalty, right?)
• After the ban, the player Thief86 comes back and finds out that his Showdown defense is bugged, due to the removal of the Superstar he hacked.
• Thief86 can attack but can't be attacked in Showdown Mode and climbs his way up to the top.

That being said, if you need screenshots with the players and IGNs that have or have had white squares in their Showdown defense, I can provide them to you....is there a way to DM here or should we opt for Discord?
