When opening bags/loot sometimes shard doesn't seem to be adding

Hello All,

I have noticed that when opening bags/loot sometimes shard doesn't seem to be adding. For example I am opening silver loot. Lets say my champ already have 100 shards. When I open him the very first time, total shards are increasing. But when I got that champ again the total number of shards didnt increase.
