RESOLVED: Web Coin/Trivia issue on portal

Hey I was emailed which doesn't seem to be your procedure anymore. I was asked for the second time for screenshots of the issue and told that it's because of the connection on my phone and no I'm not talking about the dude on here in discussions. I'm talking about actual emails. So here I'll post the screenshots on here of what's happening when I click on trivia I pay with web coins then in mid question there is this glitch which no I don't I'm not explaining this again I'm just posting the picture it's clear if it shuts you down in the middle of the game what happens and what you lose okay? Thanks

. It would be nice to be validated heard and showed some respect and at least not have someone berate me with you know what nevermind I know how this goes. I've only had one member of your staff show concern and professionally say a form of apology. Anyway there's the screenshot dude from emails.

    @Moxler do you have more feedback on Trivia Rumble? What other types of mini-games would you like to see?

    There will definitely be more mini-games and ways to win Web Coins.

    Hangman, match 3 with timing, find the childhood photos of superstars, etc.

    It's my simple suggestions, so don't take it seriously!

    you could add a flip the tile games with different superstar and ingame element that would be fun

    @KneeganSam I understand your issue but we are unable to reproduce it. Are you getting this issue while your phone is connected to Wifi or only while your phone is connected to 4G/LTE?

    Hi all,

    Same thing happened to me just now... I missed a question and selected to pay de 25 points to advance to the next. But instead of showing another question it redirected to the web coin store. I then proceeded to fo to the trivia page again and both times I tried to play the game got stuck with the same error as above. I was using a laptop.

    I also have issue with trivia! Play win or lose question redirected to coin store. Next time number 1 has no question just count down. Lose question obviously since there isn't one select 25 redirected to coin store. This has been happing for 3 days. I can't complete a round of trivia??? Help

    Same happening to me. Done over 100 rumble trivias today before I noticed. I've lost out on over 9000 web coins.

    Please can you credit these as well.

    I had 150 web coins, then i won 3 trivias and i still have 150 coins.

    The trivia now costs 1 energy and 100 coins and gives a reward of 100 coins if you win. Effectively if you complete a successful run, you're right where you started with lower energy.

    Yep having the same issue... I've done like 6/7 trivia and gained zero web coins and only lost energies... Before the launch of an event that requires web coins this looks like a scam for us... Definitely not happy, I'm curious to see if you are going to compensate us on the energies lost

    I bought the 32 energy back from the web store, now every time I win a trivia rumble I am getting the 100 coin reward but the minute I hit to start a new trivia rumble, it takes away 100 coins...why is it doing this? I should be adding to my total everytime I win and not be going back and forth. I have wasted essentially 13 energy and have made no progress with web coins when it comes to your company unveiling the black market soon.

    Please look into this as it is 100% unfair that I have either wasted energy for nothing or my coins are getting taken away for no reason. I need to be reimbursed somehow and this glitch/bug needs to be looked into immediately, please.

    not everyone knows the history of the wwe, could put other themes like the game itself, specific theme, or the career of the super star


    another interesting thing would be other types of minigames

    Currently, when you get a question wrong in the trivia rumble you get deducted 100 web coins.

    Please advise when the community can expect to have this fixed, especially with the launch of the Black Market.
