Chat is broken

I can't chat in faction or main chat. How do I fix this? I don't want to delete and install app again because I hate redoing the tutorial. I also keep getting the pop up that I'm missing out on faction rewards. It feels like I got kicked out of my faction but am still in it. I can still heal and request heals but something just seems off.


Is this something I'm experiencing alone or are others having these issues too.


Please help!!!
