Made a purchase from the forum store. It went directly to the game inbox, but I can't open or use it.

  @Bull327 Can you try quitting your game and re-opening it? Then press "Claim"/"Obtener" again it it should work.

  If this does not work, please contact Customer Support and they will help you asap.
