    I moved this from feedback to technical support and considering this is not a general issue I would recommend giving details as far as what your issue is, your device(s) and the steps you already took to try to fix your issue.

    I’m having the same issue but on an iPad when I go to load into showdown I get an all black screen. The steps I’ve taken to try and fix it was first checked for an update. Then I uninstalled and restarted my iPad then reinstalled the app and still have the same issues. I swear I’ve wasted around 500 health packs with this issue

    Had two in around four or five days, match starts and then when you're playing it freezes up. Only cure is to close the game, if it's a showdown match (which mine was today) you lose health, notoriety and SD coins. I'm on Android, btw.

    I’ve been having the same problem on my iPhone with the latest update of the game. Close app, force close, restart device, nothing running in the background...I’ve tried everything that I have been told to try WHEN technical support will answer. Which isn’t very often at all.
