One of many issues happen One needs support we encounter this before creating a support request:

Finding it redundant and annoying to have a bot re-word this section in multiple time consuming prompts, only to end up asking redundant questions like my email address which hasn’t been a required entry in years

Let’s not even go into what happens after the ticket is ready for an agent as I am already frustrated with things as it is.

Yesterday during the feud my app crashed 3 times in an hour and I had to deal with this just to recover lost HP thanks to the app crashes.

This seems like added bloat to an already buggy app.
