I bought all of this, the 5 pulls. Started them, the first pull came out ricochet shards and the game cut out and all my pulls are missing.

The game is crashing upwards of 20 times a day.

It's the second time I've lost pulls because of the game cutting out. Naturally I assume they 4 pulls will be refunded and I expect this to be sorted. This is all since the day before update happened

I’ve seen it mentioned on other threads where there have been crashes that you would have still gotten your pulls. If you contact in game support they should be able to tell you what your pulls were. If you don’t have any new superstars in your roster, you’ve probably just gotten shards unfortunately.

I sent a report in the game on the 27th of Feb. Still no reply. And this happened with another pull I paid for and the pulls were reimbursed.
