Like all other showdowns lately, the fix that was put in for opponents has made these a joy to play again. The limited time tours were enjoyable as well with some nice payouts for having the correct guys. Where I struggle is trying to max the event. It is easy to get to the third to last milestone, but even if you have all bonus characters you still cannot max without spending some kind of real money. While the payouts for the other milestones are nice, it would be nice to have a chance to max the event. But, overall, I think this company is starting to head in the right direction for their players.

This was a great event, in my opinion. I hit milestone 14 of 16 comfortably by mostly just playing Showdown and not needing to do many pulls or talent up. The positive changes to Showdown last month continue to make it a much better experience (not needing to refresh constantly to find opponents). I enjoyed this weekend. Now if the "no Wifi" bug could get fixed soon... ;)

Overall, not pleased with current event, did alot but still got nothing but shards.....miss those old event milstone prizes, when we used to get superstars in milstones.

Showdown has greatly improved recently. It doesn't feel unfair in dropping down in rankings when you're away now. The solo contest was very good and the rewards have definitely improved. I do think overall, there needs to be more ways to gain HPs as right now with high level superstars, you cannot afford to lose them too often as it would drain you completely.

In terms of the overall gameplay, the event was decent, and seemed to flow well in conjunction with the Wild Ones tour.
I have appreciated the thought put into reward amounts for these shorter events, since smaller amounts of TP or coins do not go far with bigger rosters, and it helps the smaller rosters grow a bit faster.
Sometimes, the character requirements are a bit narrow--let them cater to a broader spectrum of players, large and small rosters alike.

loot Purchases need to improve the rates are way to low and it’s the same ppl pulling the new cards every time and a majority of the others keep pulling the same common cards we have had for 4 years now. Put newer cards more obtainable even if it’s 5 shards is better than 100 Titus shards Comn now. And then when you act like a good card is in the common pulls like say Bobby lashey no one ever pulls him from commons but gets cactus jack 3 stars like 4 times. Doesn’t make sense !!
having superstars in the t shirt monthly pulls is great and continue to do that but maybe a little more reasonable either give more shards for that amount of t shirts or lower the cost of the shards from the t shirts

Event Breakdown -
Tours - were good with decent req of contest bonus superstars (even though I missed one of them). ANd it had decent rewards too.
SD matches - The req were again decent for this. Way better than the previous few events.
Event structure - Now this was the main thing that was bad for pretty much most of the people I know and spoke to. It was heavily towards spending. Having completed all the req with SD characters, maxing SD to 15k twice, and even spending a few bucks on the loot, I was nowhere close to the last milestone. The scaling of this one was pretty bad imo and this can be worked upon.

The event was ok, still had to get lucky with a bag or spend a ton of money to complete it…not liking these events with no shards of the chase charater in the reward milestones.
Also, where’s the “victory” tour for Priest if you did get him….this is the first card I think I’ve actually managed to get on its debut weekend, and of course there isn’t a bonus tour for getting it. The last few cards all had one, why not this one?

The SD event has become too much pay to play. You used to be able to grind away at the event and with your time equaled being able to max the event. Now you need the newest releases guy for the event to even come close to maxing it. Having Priest and any other new person basically needed to max the event is not right. SD used to be my favorite event because if you put in the time you would be rewarded. I still like SD bit have grown very weary of the pay to max system. I have played his game since day 1 and have seen it going away from the casual player and even the hardcore player into just true paying player model. I understand you need to make money but there are better ways.

This showdown event wasn't as good as the last few...There were several connection issues for the first day...and the points system was down and milestones were higher...Overall I'd give it a D for a grade

Overall a solid 8/10 for this event.
+plenty of points from showdown or talent increases to reach decently high milestones in the solo event.
+The tours rewarded fairly decently with prizes.
+The shard bags paid out decently with regards to non priest characters.
+Showdown ran very smoothly with no real issues from there
-Not having shards for the new superstar is my least favorite type of weekend chase. You end up in a hit or miss situation with nothing you feel like you are truly chasing for the weekend and that can limit motivation to reach a slightly higher milestone.
-Not having sundays web portal bonuses populate at all may have cost some people a final milestone if they were reaching for one.
Overall though a pretty well run event that could have a few tweaks to make it nearly perfect.

We just had a mid-week SD event so it was very tedious to then have to do another SD event, especially one with so few bonus wrestlers for the Solo portion. I also think that there needs to be a better matchmaking process because players who have none or only 1 5ss wrestler shouldn’t have to keep wasting coins in an effort to get non-double 5ss opponents. Especially because after a short amount of time into the event, it all becomes a double 5ss wall well before hitting 700 notoriety.

The event was good
The only thing need to improve is rewards man from the bags getting only Gargano shards which was bit frustrating and faction rewards could be better as to earn points was very difficult add more coins

This is what the defense log for the entire event looks like for many players.
A lot of players' defense is not showing for other players at all. Switching to 'fodder' defense and moving to higher/lower notoriety doesn't seem to make any difference.
I have also confirmed with other players that devices and updates don't seem to be a factor in this issue.
I believe @Mherex can confirm that he has had this issue for all recent showdown events.

It was halfway decent. Some of the matches were beyond ridiculous. Also it seems like you guys want a boatload of money for anything it anyone decent. If you guys weren't so money hungry the game would be a lot better also. Overall the Priest event was so so

The event was preety good but the only thing was there was a mini showdown just before this sd so those coins were wasted in the last event which could've been used for priest event. One more thing there was no damein priest special tour to get extra sd points just like it was with strowman express event. All the other things were pretty good, great rewards, yeah it's always lots of 5ss opponents once you reach 500 notoriety which is preety hard to beat but it's all worth it in the end.

The tour was quite easy to complete and the prizes for the solo event were OK.
Unlike the previous showdown event, the matchup algorithm seemed to always select really tough opponents for you.
Maybe an improvement for the future could be restrict the superstars you can set for defense.
Overall, this event has improved lately but it still seems to me that you need to spend a lot of time and do a lot of matches to get anywhere near maxing it.
One extra thing (not related to this event) is that since the last update the game crashes a lot when I run it in my emulator (the mobile app seems to work just fine).

Well wish the only thing wish to be done is to give a chance to get more than. 15 k showdown points per day

Good event length tours. Ty. Portal rewards not showing up hindered progress for bonus points. I didn't have superstars for.

This was indeed one of the best events I've played in recent times.
Just as an added suggestion - If you guys could add more contest players that aren't rare, it helps people grind for a longer time and even reach higher milestones.
Of course you can add the paid element to make it difficult to reach the last milestone. But until the second last milestone, if it can be made grindable, please do so!

like most recent showdowns it has been smooth with no issues. just feel like the pay to play requirement is too high to max an event also i don’t feel like the rewards are worth it and could be better. faction event rewards we’re pretty lame also.

I suggest no defensive perks and just leverage offensive perks. I say this because it would help the 10 plus hours of grinding a little bit faster. There was a problem in the beginning of the game when the points for tech Drew and others in the promotion were not being applied to the overall score. Other than that I had no personal issues.

Mherex might be best example. You can see it directly on his twitch stream. Despite playing matches he was never being attacked. He also had a fodder team in defense, so it's not a case of players avoiding strong teams. I just asked around in my faction and these players confirmed they had the issue.
