Incorrect shards given even after the in-game message.

Even after the in game message I don't see the correct amount of shards in my account. What is the for each and every player to know how many shards should be in his/her account ? This is way off the track you always do the mistake and the whole community has to face the consequences.

Yeah absolutely. You have only gave me a third at most of my shards back . This is shocking behaviour after your so called technical issue ,more a balls up

hello there, any additional rock pulls from the bags would have also converted to shards (200 per pull) so these extra shards were removed. If you believe this is not the case for you, you can open a ticket with support. Thanks

Yeah im waiting on a response from in game as i pulled Rock and a duplicate . Which took me over 2000 shards . In return i got 440 back . This is well short of where i was at . Thanks

I have contacted the support for more than 5 times but all I get is no response or calculation of the shards form their end and just a common message "we are working on it." and the ticket is closed.

Well here's an update.
Scopely closed my ticket and gave me precisely zero shards of final boss rock after stealing a legit 1100 that was paid for... not randomly pulled from their error bags.
I will divulge what I've spent on this game... over $30k in 7 years.
I've cancelled my subscriptions and will move to f2p. The cupboard is closed.
Terrible. You just lost a loyal and high paying customer over your snake oil ways.

Even if I believe what @DKMangler said then I pulled the Rock from bag for "ONE TIME". That is 200 shards, right now the difference is of 800 where are the rest 600 shards ?? I asked for the log of the shards in last ticket but again 100 HP for me.

At this point you guys don't even care about the consumer anymore. You just want money at this point. It's insane how we all didn't get the correct amount of shards that we were supposed to get.

I still haven’t received my 7 medallions @DKMangler , I should’ve had them by now. The prize wall will be gone before I get them. They’ll probably just send me 100 health packs smh.

If you opened the bugged bags you would have received the rock and 4 3sb rocks for 800 shards in additiona to the rock.

@Stagger Lee thanks for the reply. This clears my confusion. But I hoped that if this SO CALLED SUPPORT would have given me the logs of the shards count this would have been much clearer. But they haven't cared to respond to the tickets that I have created and I guess are chilling at work.

Can't speak specifics but issues like this typically support is told to close the tickets and look to see if anything is wrong and only respond if they find an error. Talking to the head of support I was told he personally investigated several and found none that were incorrect. But i'll pass the feedback along about the frustration from not getting an explanation from the support team.
