24 hours later and still missing 2nd IoW chest

@JD Rayne can we get an explanation why those who spend $20 were punished and those who spent $10 were rewarded.

There is no logical reasoning for this.

I heard someone else say "well it was an exploit" however, that makes no sense, the game let us buy it in 2 places.

Fine don't want to send 2 for buying 2 (for a total of 4) fine.... but not sending 1 for the first purchase doesn't make sense.

Now there's a community of people who got 2 boxes for $10 and another group who got 2 boxes for $20.

In the process, the best customers are being punished for spending more.

Can you check with the powers that be as to this logic.

Obviously, I could just get a refund, but I'd actually rather a fair marketplace in this game.

How are we to know that something is being listed as one time purchase per store (portal and in game) vs one time globally? Because I've seen both with varying offers.
