Loot Draws
I love playing the game. But there are sometimes I feel the loot draw is rigged, even when I spent money I still got tier c character. Can't the draw be changed so the tier is at the back of the cards, then once you tap it it slows down then when it stops you'll be sure maybe this is a tier A, B, C is even S cause anything I draw I never get any good rewards

Okay like today I bought an offer from store, I got debited twice but didn't get the resources. Please look into that. I was asking whether it was possible as the cards were moving when opening the draw the tiers could be at the back of the cards as it's moving, so once you tap it, it slowly stops at one card and you'll be sure on the tier your getting but not the character, not when you keep on tapping, after tapping you end up with that same character over and over again

For the twice debited issue you will need to open a ticket with support. As far as the animations when tapping cards, these odds are determined when you click to use the coins, igc, or other tokens for the loot. Duplicates are common due to RNG

Okay I've opened a ticket and rectified the issue. I don't think you got what I was saying, I tried making a suggestion
