Medals Level Up "10 Tries" should include a guarantee on the final try.
If you purchase the 10 TRIES, it should include a guarantee on the 10th try if you haven't already leveled up.
The current system is wildly inconsistent and offers odds like Medium High or Slight++ which don't provide any information on what that actually means. It can't be intended that you have to use 50 level-ups to go from 9 to 10.

It's RNG and its intended. Making it guaranteed on 10 would make it very easy and definitely not what the team is wanting.

I don't think that lines up with other parts of the game. When you buy in bulk with other things, you get boosted odds or guarantees.

You get increased odds from purchasing the strap up pass subscription. It’s a good idea but unfortunately not in the cards for this.
