Faction Bosses
I have a few things to say about Faction Bosses:
1) They are the most boring thing ever, I honestly wish I could avoid doing them as they sometimes take as long as a whole feud match
2) Quit giving them abilities that restore massive chunks of health. Makes me feel that all my work was worth nothing
3) Their health pools are insane and if you have some disconnect in the middle, it’s almost impossible

Boss breakers are designed to help with the healing reducing the amount they heal as well as ones designed to break shields. If somebody disconnects you won't get full points anyway so you don't want to finish.

I think the main issue with Boss Breakers is the randomness of who.you can use vs the cost to upgrade the breakers.
My suggestion would be have it be for the style, ie: defensive, chaotic, etc... as one breaker instead of by the individual.
So if I need to use Acro Dom I have the same breakers as if I need to use SB Gable (I think they're both defensive).

it would defeat the purpose of working on boss breakers, you would have em maxed out in a month
