Hi I'm awaiting an in game support reply but the event end in 5hrs . It's been over 24hrs since I wrote to them could I please have some help

This is for discussions, sharing feedback/suggestions, And reporting bugs in game affecting overall gameplay. This isn't a support thread for individual issues or reimbursement based on bugs reported. I hope this clears it up for you. Thanks

Maybe try and send another ticket in. In my experience with them, they have always been quick to respond to be fair.
