The forum staff has no visibility into in game accounts or issues nor do they have access to support to push your issue. You need to wait for in game support.

This is for discussions, sharing feedback/suggestions, And reporting bugs in game affecting overall gameplay. This isn't a support thread for individual issues or reimbursement based on bugs reported. I hope this clears it up for you. Thanks

Maybe try and send another ticket in. In my experience with them, they have always been quick to respond to be fair.
