Trading And Shard collecting
There should be a spot in a faction to trade superstars, tokens etc. Also a store to buy shards would be awesome

The main issue I foresee with trading is that the moment you allow trading, the balance goes out the window cause then you can have faction beef up their players or people selling characters on Ebay and such

just make it where if you do put your account characters on ebay then you will get ban. Also make it where you can only trade superstars in the game shop with your faction only

Bans for selling in game currency/accounts for real money has never been an effective deterrent for any game. It also increases the number of stolen accounts and significantly increases workload for support staff.

why not an ip ban or device ban

because those are super easy to get around and/or can lead to unintended bans when people swap devices/ip's
