Feud Collector Pack not work

long, really very long, I have not expressed any criticism. But what happened this weekend has happened once too much.
I bought the Feud Collector Pack every week but didn't get the benefit on Friday.
I've tried the usual ways suggested by support with no success. Smartphone restarted, cache and data cleared, app uninstalled and even used another smartphone.
When none of this helped, I contacted support on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 9:25 p.m. (German time). After a long time of writing back and forth and after two out of four feuds had already ended, I finally got the stairs via admin message on Sunday, May 29th, 2022. 02:29 German time.
So that means I only got half of what I paid for, scored fewer points in the first two feuds and had to play longer. But instead of sending compensation, there was only a blunt staircase and that was it.
As mentioned at the beginning, it is unfortunately not the first time that I did not receive the service I had bought before the feud, on the contrary, since this offer has been available, it has only worked once without any problems.
So, since you should always propose solutions when you criticize something:
- Remove Feud Collector Pack until the programmers find the bug and fix it
- do not remove and increase support by several employees, so that the players receive their purchased service before the start of the first feud
- Send not only the stairs, but compensation, which depends on the strength of the player's roster (for me personally, for example, 200 medicines don't do anything because it's too strong) and the number of feuds that have ended before the achievement is received.

You shouldn't have an issue if you bought all 4 packs, But having the Receipts ready for support will speed up your process.

Since this isn't a widespread issue the team won't remove the pack. For additional compensation you would want to go through support the team wouldn't handle that part.
