i was looking for the cash kickback event for the rewards of the 1 mil coins in the first reward.
Also, this event is a major downgrade as it’s more for whales who can spend for resources!

Players leagues 16+ receive the weekly Hogan event , While Players 15 and under get the Cashback contest. Sorry for the confusion.

Ok go up in the league means a downgrade instead

the Hogan event also give credit for using cash and has much better rewards overall in it's milestones plus you are already getting a much of double dip rewards from coins and tp event for it as well, overall you get much more rewards then in lower league without the Hogan event

Not really though because the milestones are ridiculously high. This is a definite downgrade overall.

is there a way to league back down to 15? I can’t see any benefit to being 16+ if the chase card isn’t even possible to achieve in the MLC.

If you want to be lower than league 16 you would need to start over with a new account

That’s absolutely gutting. I’ve worked on this account for years and invested into it and now feel like I’m being punished for doing so.
Shouldn’t the game be more rewarding the higher up you go, rather than being punished?

The game is more rewarding the higher you go. The higher leagues participate in the core MLE. As league 19 was introduced the requirements to participate in top rewards was also increased.
