End current contract with in game support

You guys need to find a new in game support company to provide the service. They constantly argue with you without a screenshot you consider a “liar” and it’s always been like that. End the contract with them and find a different company that is well more equipped.

    @CaseyPlatinum we understand your frustration, as you may know every company you may deal with will ask for proof for certain things, it’s always been part of the process when speaking with cs about issues you may have during gameplay. We will pass your feedback along as it’s outside of the forum teams hands.

    I definitely have had interactions with support which I would consider to be frustrating. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with requiring proof of purchase or whatever, but it often seems like you're being accused of some nonsense and you are defending yourself.


    My most frustrating was an issue which was resolved with a support person and while I was waiting for the issue to be resolved, another person came in and said they weren't going to fix it. When I opened another ticket with screenshots of the original discussion and agreed upon resolution, I was told they were closing the ticket and any other ticket I tried to open would be immediately closed.


    I actually stopped playing the game for more than a year after an argument with support a few years ago. The support has gotten way better since then by a mile, but I agree with OP that there needs to be some change.
