Hi,
As other posters have pointed out, there were/are other ways to balance out the kick-out abilities.
You decided to go the spending route, and continued for a second month even in the face of overwhelming negative (and very constructive) feedback from pay-to-win and f2p players alike. If you're hoping that this is something that we're going to get "used to" and normalize like the perks, you are mistaken. This is causing greater disengagement during feuds because it negates all strategy and makes it near-impossible for players with a non-stacked rosters.

It's counterproductive to the game in general, at least with monthly perks everyone has a fair advantage ,but the kickout perk is more or less here just give us money and win , literally took the competition out if the one competitive mode

while i can understand the reason behind the 80% kickout perk this should be canceled asap. this perks ruins the feud as the boost is way too high. if ynot completely cancel the boost at lease decrease it to max 30%. current superstars can do enough damage to win opponent with 80% kickout boost that means 5sg superstars can kickout out 2 and 3 times during a brawl and that certainly kills the fun of the game.

So this is what I think of this.
I really don't mind the extra kick out damage I think it is a good idea BUT NOT on the steps.
The main reason being it isn't for everyone in the community, it is only for the 'spenders' in the community not the everyday person in the community.
I wouldn't mind if maybe it was in the feud perks for the defensive one, so at least everyone had a fair shout at the feud not just some people destroying everyone and little else.
You want to make the game a good place again and enjoyable again? Find a different way of adding the extra kick out damage into the game, because this has not worked and if anything has made the community more toxic then when you started.

Yes! I truly agree that kickout perk shouldn't be their, because there's no advantage as of in offense and it's just a pain to others in defense... rather just give them warscore boost or hp boost but kickout boost isn't good at all it makes the game unfair and unenjoyable. It's a request from your player base to you to remove those kickout perks. Thank you scopely.

Honestly feud is loosing it's fun and excitement because you buy 80%kickout perks and warscore perks that's it . Why waste time buy level 5medels to build your Superstars when a 4sb can kickout of pin even with gem defense medals and coaches, that's really some bad ideas. Better do something about this unfair advantage because it makes no sense at all to even build superstars because someone will buy a $100 perks and you are basically useless. Shitley at its best

So many of us spend on this game and while that is by choice we expect a sort of respect from the creators. Yet time and time again you place before us some nonsense like this kickout buff. I agree that the steps should add to warscore but at the same time there needs to be a balance. We don't ask for much but give us something that us worth us dedicating our time and money to.

Fued WAS the best part of the game. The kick out boost is making it unbearable. I now only do the minimum to get the faction points needed. Paying for a scoring boost is fine but don’t mess with how the match is played.

These pay features are an absolute joke, and it in turns makes the game a joke. Once this happens players leave or never stay playing longer than a week/month. It not on not drains health packs, but makes people rage quit and not play the game again. I get the whales don’t care, but without other players the whales will stop spending. TBH: I think 40% of whales are paid developers that promote the game from within. So that forces the active grinders to spend. I for one will no longer be spending. Even it it means lots of normal blitz for next MLC. Need more events/ that reward players not take there money!!

what’s the point of purchasing or earning high bonus straps and level 5 medals, which take both time & money, if someone who does none of these can purchase a 80% kick out and neutralize all your hard work? This belittles our efforts, please don’t change the feuds, it’s one of the few aspects of the game that are actually enjoyable.

The kick out bonus makes this game completely dreadful. As long as you can pay for steps, you can completely ignore game strategy. Pay for increased warscore - fine, but when it impedes upon other players’ ability to be competitive, you’ll just alienate more players.

Now that the feud is over, and we've "experienced it before complaining about it" this has to absolutely be one of the worst times I've had, feuding in this game in years. These perks absolutely ruin this game mode, and leave no desire for me as a competitive player to keep on playing.
Its bad enough the warscore boost "perks" exist for money, because now the grinders who play 20 hours are forced to buy them if they want a chance at leaderboards. The remainder of the community can hit milestones they were not previously able to achieve. So a massive job well done to you in regards to creating a market that didnt exist, for a perk that was never once required before, but now is monetized in order to give people about the same rewards as a result.
Outside of this "score" perk essentially turning EVERY game mode in this game into a "paid" game mode in order to compete, the "kickout" perks which is what I will refer to the "warscore boost" as in this post, has essentially ruined feuding on a competitive level.
Not only are players now required to spend $50 as an entry fee to the feud competition in order to get the new card, (the same price of a new video game) but they are also now being destroyed by the opposing end of said $50 perk, which is the kickout. ON TOP OF THAT, the playerbase who hasn't even purchased these perks in order to chase leaderboard scores? Are now being punished and suffering at the hands of those players who HAVE purchased those perks. Hitting these obscene FOURTY MILLION warscore milestones (for rewards which aren't even worthwhile, but thats a whole different issue for another time) withOUT a score perk, is not only something that's not obtainable for the masses, but difficult at best for even the handful that CAN, and decide to do that climb.
These perks? Are horrendous... no two ways about it. The fact the kickout "perk" exists is disgusting. If you have an issue, do not penalize your playerbase by charging them $50 to play the game for the weekend so they can be even with their opposition because YOU didn't know how to scale your game...
I said this before in my earlier post but I'll elaborate here. There's many ways around making kickout stronger, or health matter, without monetizing it, ruining the entire feud game mode, and making the player base as a whole, pissed off!
First and foremost, when I brought it up in the prior post, did you think about RE-scaling the kickout % for when people are pinned? And its a multiplier based on how much remaining health out of max health? Maybe turn up the multiplier on that from x6 to x8? Maybe change the health pool to instead of starting at 60%-100% have it be 60-80% and 80-90% and 90-100%? Maybe change THAT scaling...
Maybe make straps with kickout bonuses on them? Maybe make medal sets that have kickout damage instead of fury and armor... maybe a lot of things! But DEFINITELY NOT CHARGING THE PLAYERBASE MONEY BECAUSE YOUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SCALE THE GAME PROPERLY.
Please, from now on, ask for assistance from your players. Your gamers. Your true die hard community. People who top the leaderboards consistently. People who spend their hard earned money with you. Listen to them. Give them opportunities to help you with solutions, just like this one, instead of monetizing almost every single thing possible...
I really looked forward to a day this game would become fantastic... But at this rate I'm slowly counting the days I'm struggling to hang on for, and its getting drastically tough to keep hanging on.

I don't know how valuable this comment is, but I can say that I alter my feud roster to limit my exposure to people who buy steps.
I really like the perk changes other than the kickout, and would love to go all-in on a feud roster and just rock stuff, but I end up going in small to not deal with the frustration of steps. It kind of bums me out because I feel like I don't want to use all the characters I want to try and avoid steps.

So the fix for this issue is to give all players 40% kickout boost for free? No no no no.
so we’ve not gone from a portion of players having a kickout boost to EVERY SINGLE PLAYER having a kickout boost. This is a horrible idea which I’m sure will be met with a backlash after the flash feuds. Stay tuned.

now that I got my meme out of me.
Seeing it at 40% max Im curious to try it. It will reduce some (maybe a lot) of T1 wins, so we actually play the game not just hit move buttons.
With matches being longer/ more HP used I would like to see them to boost HPs or the Health Regen. HP Boost would be better especially for feud but the regen rate since they just did it would be easier.

I didn't notice much difference in the number of kickouts when it was 80% honestly.

So flash feud 1 is over. The 40% kickout boost is definitely more manageable to deal with. We now have the issue of the 50% gem damage boost in the steps as that adds to the kickout strength pretty much taking us back to 80%+.
steps should be warscore boost only. You shouldn’t be able to purchase gem damage. Enabling players to buy a 50% gem damage boost negates any armour boost from straps rendering them useless.
definitely made a little bit of progress here but 4SB superstars should not be able to kick out of pins when they’re at 5% health.

Pretty much this. If the idea is to balance the 5sg meta, I'm sorry but we are very far away.
All the kickout boosts so far have been atrocious for the vast majority of players. Maybe some extended beta tests would be better than making life miserable for us.
While 40% extra kickout is more manageable than 80% (on paper), after doing 2 brawls this first flash feud I felt like we are back to square one with this "perk" which noone asked for. 40% kickout, coupled with some ridiculous gem damage boosts ended up exactly where we were a few weeks ago. Better yet, this time round EVERYONE was given for free the perk that everyone seems to want to go away. So much for constructive feedback.
On to the actual feud. All of my first 10 matches took 2-4 turns, even when I was hitting my opponents for 90% of their total health on the first turn. Only after downsizing my roster talent by quite a bit was I able to reduce the time spent in brawls to something reasonable. But obviously at the cost of sacrificing my best superstars for lower talent ones. Not sure if that's what we are trying to achieve?
As things stand, the perk swings the pendulum from one extreme to the other.
Simple example from the recent female feuds: my 5ss Naomi vs. another 5ss Naomi. I used double armor, Honky Tonk Man, Kalisto and EQ, on top of a 200% extra yellow move medal.
End result was a 400k + finisher, which also left 4 protect gems of 26k each. My opponents Naomi (also using double armor), with the maxed kick out perk managed to (fairly easily, at most on the 2 count) stand up 3 times from that finisher and minefield of protect gems on the board. 3 TIMES. It took the 4th finisher, when my opponent was down to 10% health to finally, and still barely keep her down.
Can't see how what I described above resembles "balanced".
Hoping next month we can put all the kickout boost perks behind us. Forever. If the goal is to increase chance of kickouts at 5sg, maybe tweaking the kickout scaling would be a better solution (e.g. make extend the multiplier to x8, or x9 and then go down relative to max health). But, whichever new solution is chosen, please, PLEASE test it via other means than on your global player base come feud weekends. Test it internally (e.g. do a BETA) and roll it out once it's working.
