Flash Feuds are Discriminiating
I live in Central Europe. Let's have a look at the Christmas of Positivity schedule in our time zone (GMT+1), shall we?
Flash Feud 1 (Powerhouse of Positivity): 3am to 12am
Flash Feud 2 (XMas Celebration: Women’s Division): 11pm to 6am
Flash Feud 3 (Positivity Conspiracy): 11pm to 5am
Flash Feud 4 (XMas Celebration: Men’s Division): 11am to 9pm
What do you think most people are doing between midnight and 6am? There is absolutely zero chance to do anything meaningful during 75% of that schedule. Either you are completely ignorant about a big portion of your playerbase, or you are blatantly discriminating us.
This has always been an issue with Flash Feuds ever since they were introduced, even though this time it's especially bad and I am very lucky that my faction does not pose any requirements over Christmas.
If had a wish for the future, please get rid of Flash Feuds forever and stick to the 24h feuds like you did before that. Thanks.

Definitely not discriminating. It impacts everybody and just because it impacts you worse this time doesn't mean you should throw a tantrum and say don't do it for others. I and many players prefer flash feuds because its better rewards for less time despite several hours being outside of my playtime. The devs are aware of where the playerbase is better than you. They're also aware of the feedback regarding the hours.

I would agree with you that the shorter feuds have better reward effectiveness.
However, players are given very different chances to get said rewards based on where they live. What is not discriminating about that?

It does impact everybody - but not even close to the same degree. It's always been favoring the US, which is probably where the biggest part of playerbase (or should I say "spending/relevant" playerbase) is from, doesn't take away from the fact that 3 out of 4 Flash feuds were in the dead of night for (for instance) UK/EU this time - not for you maybe, but that's what's discriminating about it. I don't know how this is tough to grasp.

The "this time" in your post seems to be doing a lot of the heavy lifting but the fact is that this is not a "this time" issue it is an EVERY time issue that the UK/EU players are disadvantaged as the times are set up to favour the US player base.
The issue of the flash feuds being better rewards for less play time could be mitigated by simply making 24h feuds have rewards and milestones that match up to the flash feuds thus giving everyone the same access to the event times and good rewards.

Uh no it's not actually every time that's hyperbole I guess there was never a flash feud that required me to stay up late or one that required me to get up in the middle of the night must've imagined that. Again it's based on feedback. Because you don't like it and want to whine doesn't mean the majority also dislikes it.

Every single flash feud in the UK/EU we have multiple of the feuds that run at such hours, this could be easily fixed by running the feuds for 24hours - thus meaning every single time zone in the world has the same access - and balancing the rewards to better match to the ones in a flash feud.
No one is saying that the majority dislike it, the majority are in the states and aren't effected as much as the people in the UK/EU. That is the point being made that the folks in none US time zones are at a disadvantage because of how the times are set up.
