High strap chance belts - what have you seen most of?

The high strap chance in events and now being rewarded some contest milestone, what have you personally received, did you get a rare bonus or just normal bonus'?

Out of 10 belts so far, I have received:

9 have been 10% gem damage

The remaining 1, 20% move damage.

As a separate question (if mods read this) if it could be clarified "high chance" does it actually mean the rare bonus or just that you are almost guaranteed A bonus not necessarily the rare ones? Thanks.
