  • Is difficult to get the wreter in this kínder of events without spending money. You shooud get more chances to people who has payed the game Many years

The overall event was nice but for tours, locking it up with some specific was difficult to pass through hard mode 1st node for me. It would be good if we are free to use any character as it give atleast base rewards.

  • The milestones at a certain point were unrealistic, far to few points given for tech superstar enhancement, once I hit ms 12 there was essentially nothing more that I could gain. Making final milestones so unreachable is hurting them game and costing morale.

The showdown rewards for both fraction and solo is getting and have been suck azz the rewards don't fit the cards that most guys have yall put out 5sg so pay out like 5sg its flat out criminal how yall run this game i know every business is about making money but you guys are the worst and the same dam guys constantly pulls the best cards all the time i wonder how 🤔 this game is so screwed up its so off balance a guy who been playing since day one is getting the same rewards that a new guy is getting

Overall a decent event, tours were great, SD CSS weren’t overly rare, Faction event was actually maxable, the only downside was the TU portion of the solo event, 4 points is way too low for that.

The showdown CSS selection made it easy to get all the points we could. Made it easy for players to get many milestones. However, putting the last 2 milestones behind pay wall kinda stinks but I understand that scopely has to make money. The amount of points for leveling a tech was to low. 4 points per level made it to expensive.

I enjoyed the event being able to use all the CSS needed.

  • Absolutely the best showdown in history had all the requirements as should be because we don't want to worry to make the game better amazing. 10/10 this is the best

Well where do we start with this one... I guess the good right?

The tours were good. They scaled well and as I've stated a few times the change to make the tours open while having the bonus rewards locked to only a few people has been a great change.

Game performance for playing Showdown was good. No issues with being able to attack opponents.

The number of battles to fight with specific characters was quite reasonable.

That's all I've got for the good :(

The solo and faction events have been a disaster lately and this was easily the worst of the worst. Rewards for faction events seem to get worse with every event. My faction and I simply didn't care if we maxed it or not. Just wasn't worth worrying about. The solo rewards were ridiculous. You put 70% of the rewards behind a massive pay wall. That's just unacceptable to the player base. Scopely has mentioned on a number of occasions the existence of stretch goals... I expect those at work... this isn't work.

Can't we just have achievable rewards to obtain by grinding your tail off OR spending a bunch of money?

This ended up being another weekend where I got what I could get (milestone 13) and moved on with the rest of my weekend. Be careful Scopely, if we get too used to not playing the game much... we may start not playing at all.

Decent event. Majority of milestones were achievable although spend was necessary for 12/16 and above.

Still think more 4g tokens as rewards would make the event that bit more enticing.

A bit of a meh event.

    Showdown

    • Liked the range of superstars available (Other than zJeff, who was a pain to use as I havent level him at all. I had to fish low level fights to get those 20)
    • Was able to max day 2, but not day 1.

    Tours

    • An easy set of 3. No problems with them

    Events

    • Ended with 11/16 milestones. I completed Jeff, Black, Asuka, Charlotte. Got a few of Roman, but new I would not make the next milestone and so quit there.
    • I really miss the gaining of an older card at low level for getting to certain milestones. I would have pushed harder and maxed day one if Powerhouse Kurt for instance was available at 3SB.
    • I spent more than what I usually spent in 2 months on the game to get Macho Man nWo from the web store a couple of weeks ago. As much as I would like another PH female (Only have Nia, 50 shards away from Beth) I cant afford to put more money in to get zCharlotte.

    5/10 event.

Tours: I thought these were scaled well. I liked how even if you did not have the specific character for the node, you could still go through the tour. I do not have a champion subscription, but adding a tour for those who spend makes sense as long as it isn’t a make or break for the events.

ShowDown: I like the new layout with multiple characters that most players have. Would had been nice to get more shard bags, as my whole faction maxed both days but couldn’t max the faction event.

solo contest: I maxed both days, spent money on coins and got the event character, invested a few million coins in leveling up the event guys and still missed the final milestone by two milestones. If you do everything and spent some money, the final milestone should be achieved. The rewards are nice tho. I like the multiple different shards given out in the milestones, I thought that was a nice touch.

shard bags: I like the set amount. It seems more manageable than pulling the minimum out of a 5-100 shard bag. I saw a lot of people in my faction family get the character, so I felt that the drop rate was better than normal too.

I feel these show down events have improved over the past 6 months and want to express gratitude for that. Thanks

  • I liked the event and tour. Good job.

Lots of issues were already mentioned but here my 2 cents:

    Pro

    - rewards on tours are getting better to be able to advance towards 5*s

    - showdown is finally fixed

    Contra

    - KoK sub is getting obsolete, the rewards are just not sufficient anymore

    - older characters don't get the same damage push as new ones at 5*

  • Overall this event was worse than the recent ones we’ve had which was very disappointing.

    Tours

Pros: Required characters were all common characters

Cons: The hell and hard mode of the Zombie Drew your was paywalled. You had to have bought one of he starter packs to have him a high enough level to defeat hard and hell.

    Showdown Tournament

Pros: Bonus characters were all common and low numbers

Cons: This was probably the biggest disappointment of the contest, the last three milestones were all paywalled requiring you to purchase loot coins. The issue with this was the vast majority of the Resources were in these last three milestones. Another issue was lowering the talent up points all the way down to 4.

I believe the resources should be much more evenly distributed across the milestones

So above all this was an average weekend event with things that were good but also things that could be improved.

    positives:

The openness of the bonuses was a big positive as this made everyone feel that they could achieve a good milestone even if they were a lower roster level. Also the number of matches required meant that players didn’t have to spend multiple hours each day just to get the bonuses completed.

Another top new character, Edge is surely a great addition for anyone who has acquired him.

    mixed:

Tours were well balanced with the exception of the drew tour, which I felt could have been down scaled at least a little as it was heavily biased towards the people who had spent to buy the big upgrades on drew.

    negatives:

Milestone rewards were too heavily biased toward the last two milestones which required players to spend a lot of money to reach.

The weekend backstage pass disappointed/annoyed a lot of people who had paid for the weekly backstage pass & were expecting to automatically get the weekend offers, not have to buy another pass first.

  • Donjay56
    Donjay56 Member ✭✭✭

The additional backstage pass was just wrong. Felt like a pure money grab. Those things make me less likely to buy other backstage passes.

The talent up point total was a joke. We didn't even get half of the normal points for a weekend character talent up. If you are going to have a talent up requirement right after the majority of player base just completed the kick off TU, then make it worth it.

Tours were fine and manageable for the player base. My only issue is that hell mode for Drew was essentially pay based as there have been few evolve tokens so far.

The faction rewards need a revamp.

The solo milestones need to be better spread out.

    The good

    1. Edge solo tours were well done

    2. Showdown was set well, liked that I could hit multiple achievements with one character, less time feuding.

    The bad

    1. Talent up portion was set way too low, 4 is ridiculous

    2. Backstage pass not working through the weekend was false advertising and you should apologize and make it right for those who purchased it. It says the weekend too, not Monday through Friday and then you have to purchase again.

    3. The faction portion of the event needs fixed, awards not great and not enough things to do to max it out

    4. Wish you would do something with the event to encourage grinding it out, extra rewards, more Showdown coins...something.

  • Hu, the principal observation is that in the last milestone s of the individual event there are not bags with zedge shards, you should have those bags to motivate the players to go for the last milestones even if it is necessary to spend real money since there are more possibilities to get there to complete the superstar of the event.

Tours and bonus for showdown its ok

The amount of fights for the bonus was accessible

I don't understand why you had to ruin the showdown event. You made the milestones from 10-11M to 5M but cut Increase your roster from 50 points to 4 points. So, close to /2 decrease in milestone points, but a /12.5 decrease in points for increasing roster. I did like not having to do that many matches with the selected wrestlers, but the points decrease was horrible.

so like many before the contest starts you look at the milestones and how points are gathered, scopely in recent SD contests have started having the more regular superstars as the bonuses to get contest points. This is great from a player perspective as your not giving up to quick because most of us have that bonus laying in our rosters. If you don’t you most likely get them in the briefcase pulls using keys. this is a plus and hope it continues.

The total need to max this contest was half the normal 10m down to 5m. Great I think I have a chance to max this without spending my life savings. I then realised that yes to max was half but the SD coins are only giving 10 points which is way under what it normally is. So sadly another contest that I and most of the players I engage with stopped at milestone 13/14 because that’s all we got in the tank and no way to score more points.

overall the SD contests have improved with less glitches and more SD coins given. What would be a great addition is have leagues so that you can move up and down with each contest and also requirements so that the rear OP superstars don’t dominate. Players having to use real tag teams would make it more interesting and fun in my eyes.

  • The tours for the weekend- worked well am was fun and fair on pretty much all as we all pretty much have the bonus character.

Showdown- solo contest was good. Alot of characters for bonus points which everyone should have one style of thay character. Bar z-edge.

Was a good grind. Still major spendin needed to actually max. But got to male your money somewhere ay.

Faction event. Was good. Wasnt really a push too much if you hit solo rewards for edge shards.

All in all one of the better showdown weekends as of late. Enjoyed it more.

Downside is really only the amount needed to spend to max the actuall showdown event. Bit all in all i enjoyed it.

  • The tours have been great as usual. Not penalising people for not having a required character by limiting progress is good. However I felt the showdown rewards were not generous enough.

  • The game is good exit

the SD Event was very good.

Gave a lot of Fighter Fragments. Affordable Tour with Fighters.

Too many coins in the contest. I'm just sad that I didn't take the fighter out on the free bags.the SD Event was very good.

I'm just sad that I didn't take Edge out of my purses... but sometime I'll be so lucky.

Solo event: The contest superstars were common which was a positive thing. The problem with solo event was the low points given to talent up a technician.

Faction event: Milestones were way too high so majority of the factions were nowhere near from maxing the event.

Tours: Tours were good. Only problem was it should have been open and the use of contest superstars should just be to get bonus rewards so that everyone who doesn't have high leveled zombies and tech could play at least without bonus upto hard or hell mode.

Showdown: Great job on showdown, hardly faced any errors.

Overall: The solo milestones were heavily focused on contest superstars and spending loot coins rather than showdown coins. Even after maxing the limit of showdown coins, we could only reach a few milestones. That I feel could be improved. Overall it wasn't the best but it wasn't worse too. Hope this information helps and you can provide us with best gaming experience

Really liked most of the setup. tours were good, bonus characters weren't super rare, very few technical glitches that I noticed and good rewards.

The one issue I had was that I maxed everything possible in tours and bonus characters, maxed out all showdown coins, did a bunch of talent up on technicians and only just crawled over the penultimate milestone. The only ways for me to have maxed the tournament would be to either spend £200 or so, or to somehow do 100k more of talent up on technicians. both of these seem unfeasible. I'd suggest bumping the showdown coin or talent up points slightly to make it possible (but difficult!) to max without spending. Spending should be a shortcut to maxing a competition, not the only way to do so.

Pretty similar cookie cutter approach to previous showdowns

Tours - scaled nicely, and characters required were fine.

Solo contest - just keep 1 scoring format, it's either 5m, 10m or 12m there's no need to change the scoring every single event.

We have to pay 💰 for everything here we can’t even reach the milestone. This game only takes money for everything
