Let's get the talent up fiasco out of the way first. Another case of the 'fix' making the situation 100 times worse than it was originally. Two suggestions:
- Test these events before they go live.
- When an error gives players extra rewards/points, just let it go. Every time the team tries to fix these issues, they make a mess of the decision and/or implementation of how to rectify it. Instead, just let everyone earn the extra points and rewards. I understand this makes events easier than intended, but it is fair and doesn't cause multiple further complications to the event.
The rest of the event did have a lot of positives:
- The event could be maxed with grinding and talent up.
- CSS. It was nice to have tours for Goldberg to reward those who built him during the MLC. I like the bonus match requirements for SD also. If you can double-up and use 2 characters at a time, it speeds up progress a lot.
- Shards bags for the various MOTU characters were nice. I saw lots of people recruiting new characters from these bags.
- Prize Wall gave a nice selection of different prizes.
- Leaderboard posters extended to 25, with a better balance of talent up vs spending.

Some more early feedback time....why isn't Goldberg a Contest Superstar for those tours on Normal?
Also, great job on messing up with the talent portion....you removed it right when I was enhancing my Acros....I'd really like to know what your instructions to support will be and how this gigantic mess will be handled....

Why was increase the Talent of Acro superstars and MOTU superstars points removed from the solo event
i evolved by MOTU Goldberg for that and got nothing

So where do I post about this almighty cockup on this showdown event?
So was part way through the fuse of Motu hhh to 4sg and levelled him up to 4sg max and used 5k of his shards to score points for this event only for inconsistant date popup forcing me to reload the game.
Gone back in and not a single point was added.
Have gone in and out of the game.since and still the same.
Is someone here to help to address this as between the moves and levels that's cost me 30 million in coins 5k of his shards and his 4sg. This should have scored me in the region of 1.7 million and I have been scored 0 for it.
Can anyone here help?

You need to make things right with you community here. The beginning of this contest is now a joke. This isn’t fair or right. I hope you realize this and compensate the community and show that you actually care. Time will tell. You messed up the talent up portion and now it is extremely unfair.

So Hundreds of people Maxed this and got ALL milestones and have to do absolutely NOTHING this weekend while the rest of us have to grind 10-12hrs and maybe get close?
Scopley has to understand this would not be fair and give entire community
26 Bags, 1,848,000 Medallions, 3 Emerald tokens, 6.6m coins, 1290 tp, etc

The event is so far good. And also the rewards are awesome. It will be very delightful if these kind of contest happen 4 to 5 time a month. I will be very helpful to grow.
About Austin, i cant able to say anything yet because i dont have Unpredictable Austin right now.
The game become more enjoyable but the issue increases too like server issue, crashing issue. Kindly its a request to solve these kinds of issue. And i also recommend that shards rewards should be increase so many player can able to get them. Because the competition increases but for me, i dont have single super star that can beat any 5ss.

All and all, the only thing I'm having trouble with is some of the technical issues. For example, the screeching, unpleasant noise it makes when the board reshuffles, it didn't do that in the past. Or, it doesn't label "NEW" when you get a new medal in your inventory like it did it the past. That was a HUGE help. Please consider adjusting these. Thanks.

I enjoyed it thoroughly. I had lots of acros to take up including motu hhh. I'm only 1 milestone short of maxing. Much better than the last several SD events.

The contest is awesome. But in the end shits happens when scoply reset the solo contest. I cant even make score. I achieve 12 milestones and then the contest points reset and i they gave me back 200k points and my points return back to 700k. After all the showdown match point i still at 900k points.

The faction event has good rewards. Unfortunately, the individual event overall is worse than most showdowns. 3 main issues were:
- No shards available for Austin
- The talent up fiasco where some players were able to level up their talent and receive 100 points regardless if it met the required criteria allowed them to possibly receive all of the solo milestone rewards, while others have to grind the entire weekend and still not max the event unless they spend.
- Showdown tokens not counting towards the solo event is highly frustrating. 2 possible solutions could have been the solo event milestones include faction event points or each faction event milestone could have included solo event points.

very Pleasantly surprised by this event. Initially skeptical of removing sd coins for solo but it wasn’t needed in the end. A lot of bang for buck in the talent up side is a massive positive.
Although I’m not a massive fan of the big number of matches required for each person 50 is far more manageable and less frustrating whilst still being a grind- being able to double dip matches is much appreciated.
rewards in general pretty good too. Prize wall being split into different sections was nice too. Probably the most positive I’ve been about an event despite not getting the character

I liked the rewards but the game kept freezing. When I'd go back to it all my health was gone so I couldnt play much.

It was a good event. Little everything for everyone.
It was nice to see the F2P side being looked after and the P2P also having a little love.
It was a bit of a curve ball to see the SD points count towards the faction and not the solo event; not bad - just different. Nice to see difference things.
All in all, I liked the event. There was no disconnection issues, no loading issues... Having no technical issues makes the event very enjoyable.

Wait a minute - this event is good. Like, really good. Surely I must be missing something here.
- Big thing I want to note here is the sheer number of solo MLC points available throughout this event - 80k. Already this felt like you guys going 'okay the 3 week event wasn't paced as well as we liked, here's a make-good' and honestly I couldn't be happier in that regard. I was actually quite close (my big issue with the MLC has been not with MLC points but the shard distribution, which yes all the Steamboat shards are still backloaded) and this meant if you were anywhere close you could probably cinch the 500k milestone. Also tons of rewards, good shards, tooooons of good stuff.
- Tours had some weird stuff at first, but got fixed up early on and now work great. Don't know why Goldberg isn't a requirement in normal but is in hard and Hell, but whatever. Rewards were standard and prize wall currency is good.
- Speaking of prize wall currency, I did feel that it at least gave something of interest for lower-tier people. Decent fuses for mediocre characters are nice for the price, straps are maybe a bit too niche for their pricing, and honestly I felt the skill plates were too expensive (didn't you just basically give out a The Smoke plate like 3 days ago?)
- Didn't really care a whole lot for moving showdown token points to the faction event and having TU mostly replace it - I've made my thoughts on factions and faction events known in the past - but showdown was still decent. The grind this time, though, was rough - double-dipping relied on owning a bunch of MOTU guys, and even then you're looking at 200 matches minimum. Honestly at this point, I feel like there needs to be an easier way to drop your notoriety other than throwing games and resetting, because even if you do have all those characters, I would imagine nobody has them all ready to showdown at 5SS, and even then they might not be the best to showdown with.

First of all I want to give credit that the events are getting better.
Now my Pros and Cons.
Pro:
-God Mix Between game Modes (showdown, tours, gauntlet)
-Rewards are Good but maybe can be higher for newer players
-Monthly events are Benefiting players that are not playing that much
Cons:
-The Milestones are to high for casual players
-If you are not in an aktive team with 20-30 players you don't reach got rewards
My ideas for the Future:
Give away all new Superstars for free at 1 star Bronce and let the players evolve them (Free to play)
The loot should be the same like now maybe the loot coins should be in rewards at milestones.

- Tours were great. A nice chance to get some final games with Goldberg with his monthly bonuses. Normal being restricted for bonus was strange but preferred over the harder difficulties being gated with "rare" characters.
- Solo Contest had a nice flow to the rewards. Obviously it had the hiccup at the start my personal opinion is when these things happen and they are pro-player let it ride out at least 24 hours as a "Fast start". Creating goodwill with the player base outweighs the short term loss in sales IMO also happier mid-to-low-level spenders are more likely to spend. Changing it and even retro-actively fixing it leaves a poor taste in the players mouth.
- Showdown Bonuses - Bonus matches were a LOT. I would love to see these a cut down a little bit. As a player that could not double dip on any category 300 matches to get MOTU, Character Specific, and Acro for faction event felt like an obscene amount of matches over the weekend. I think having the total amount of matches without double dipping at 150-200 would be ideal. Having it be a grind is great but at a certain point it sucks.
- Faction Contest Love the Leaderboard set up. Wish there was a grindable/brute force-able component to it. Health Packs don't count in my opinion.
- Event Prize Wall - LOVE LOVE LOVE these mini event prize walls. Please continue them.

I enjoyed the event very much
Besides the problem when talent up was bugged, it's unfortunate many of us had to watch as a couple of people were able to max within half an hour while the rest of us had to grind the matches
The showdown was calm still a nice format the contest superstars were easy and accessible as the second slot
The rewards from the milestones and tours were amazing got a lot of resources from the bags
The tour was easy to complete as long as one played the event right
The prizewall was cool especially with the free character fuses hope that becomes a common thing
Besides that hiccup it's an event I really enjoyed

It was a short event, but it's good to see you gave so much solo points in last SD event, bcoz of that I completed my monthly solo while being a f2p, so thank you for that, and keep doing these good things for the players who can't afford to pay money

It was the best showdown events according to me since i was playing for past 3 years.
Pros- Tours were perfect. Nice implementation of mlc character as a contest character. It should be done in every tours as we all spend all the resources to build him.
Showdown contest superstars were also good, but matches were a lot.
Rewards in tours and both contests were good.
Prizewall also had with useful stuff.
Cons- the blunder made earlier about error of points counting towards some players earlier was not good. We were not given any compensation towards it . This should be not happen as it gives advantages to some players.
Overall great contest.
Please make mlc character as a add on extra superstar as a contest superstar in every tours.

This was the most Scopleyed event so far. What would have been a pretty decent event was Scopleyed by a bunch of Scopelys. First, the Scopely level of incompetence at the start of the event where a basic QA testing would have caught that immediately. Then , Scopleyed by communication saying that the points would be corrected for only the non intended tasks i.e., non Acrobat or non MOTU talent up and then Scopelying it further but removing the points for valid tasks anyways. And if this level of Scopelying wasn't enough, only a third of the points for valid tasks were given back despite claiming that the valid tasks incorrectly gave out double the points (So, if you could do basic elementary level math, half the points should have been returned. Not a third.) All in all a Scopelyed event handled by a bunch of Grade A Scopelys.
- The tours were decent. Finally you people remembered that there was a free character to be used in tours so... hurray, I guess?
- The showdown, was ok. Though, it's still disappointing that, in your eyes, people's effort in doing 200-300 matches is worth only half the solo points at best.
- Credit where due, the resources in milestones were good. Though, the items paid out from the premier chest wasn't necessarily the best.

I had a lot of fun with this event, one of the best showdowns you have had in ages.
I pulled MOTU HHH from the pink chest last week, so I was in the perfect window to get double points for pushing him from level 1 to 180. That gave me a huge chunk of the points needed and was awesome to use in the event as i got HHH / MOTU / MOTU / ARCO combos for teaming with Goldberg or Cena MOTU.
This was the first weekend event I have hit every solo milestone on in 2 years since I stopped playing with top 100 factions (Taking up too much time)
I really feel I was the absolute perfectly crafted user for this event.
I didn't like the faction event being the one powered up by the showdown coins as much though, only got 5/10 completed because of a weaker faction.
Loved the system on single weekend currency, thought it worked out well to combine that with the solo event. I was able to get "The Smoke" sideplate that will very much help my Lana.
Pros
- Great solo event, was able to hit all 17 milestones as a f2p player
- great rewards for the solo event
- fun matches learning how to use my new HHH MOTU
- Towers gave great rewards
Cons
- Faction event wasn't great for me,
9.5/10 event for me!
