Get rid of key pulls
If you're gonna have us get nothing but duplicates get rid of key pulls i shouldn't be opening 30 to 40 pulls and get all duplicates thats just bullshit you show 4sg Sasha in there yet she's next to impossible to get same think with other 4 stars in that loot its a fn embarrassing do better as a business

you do know that's how pull works tho ? there's common items and there is very rare items, common is what you will get almost every time, the percentages are even listed

Also remember that there are different players at different levels. I'm sure these key pulls are useful to some players. If you don't get anything good from them, it's free, so it's not the biggest issue in the game.

99.5% of the key pulls probably aren't useful, but every now and then you get one that is. The keys also add to the faction event, so they are helpful for that even if you don't pull anything good. There's no reason to get rid of them.

Yet every month I get nothing from them its all duplicates I haven't gotten 1 alright pull from them

Another way to look at it is newer players are able to get new characters from it. Just because it doesn't help you, doesn't mean it is not helping other players progress in the game. In addition, you are able to use the shards to enhance moves and save your TP. Thanks!

You could always just not use the key pulls if you hate them so much. Nobody is forcing you to use them.
Like others have said, they benefit a lot of new players in particular.
I've even pulled a couple of new characters from keys this year myself, and the shards are always helpful when we need to use lower-tier characters for requirements.

28 possible characters under featured in key pulls with a posted 1.31% That should mean, based on the way the game suggests odds, that for any character in featured, you have a 0.046785714285714% (1.31%/28) chance of a specific character in the featured section. However, if someone pulls multiples under the featured section, it’s heavily weighted in a manor that some characters are pulled more frequently. It appears there is a sub level of odds that are not advertised to explain a player’s true odds of a pull.

I used to completely agree that the key pulls were useless, however, now, with the new format for Talent Up I like having the shards to work on other cards that I wouldn't have touched before.

Probability and odds are the same regardless. Most people don't seem to understand them. Go to youtube and search for probability, and odds and you'll find plenty of videos to educate yourself.

You are saying that when they post odds of a pull, it is fully equally balanced between all displayed options in the loot possible characters in the specific range?
Pretty sure I’m solid on ability to understand probabilities.
