How does it take so long for in game support to reply specially when it's to do with an event . One that can potentially ruin your chances in a faction . 24 hours reply ain't good enough at all . (Which I ain't got one yet) then it will take another 24 hours after a reply to get an answer when the event is over . Absolute joke . This place ain't much better all they say here is message in game support wait a week for an answer on the 1 day event 🤦‍♂️

While it does suck that it takes so long to get a reply to a problem in game you can't really fault the moderators of the forums for that. They told you they don't have the power to access in game information to provide any support in the game or access to support in general. It's basically the same as asking content creators like guersan for in game support. While I don't always agree with them, your anger against them for this issue is misplaced and should be focused totally on in game support.

I mean, it’s almost as if the subject of his post was about in-game support. While the forum moderators are not able to pick up or escalate an individual ticket, what recourse does a player have for a timed event with support responses that are egregiously late? This forum is the most publicly available place in the community to bring this problem to light. I, for one, hope it gets taken seriously, if by nobody else than by the community manager.

I really think that a decent solution to the constant state of support being overwhelmed would be something as simple as a change to the way health, HP, and injuries work in game. I'd wager that 50% of my faction has an ongoing open support ticket for lost health due to disconnects, game crashes, or other errors. If Scopely just made it so that exiting a match didn't incur any health loss, they wouldn't get thousands of tickets for missing health packs every single time there are server issues. Sure, people could quit out of a match and not lose any health, but I'd say that in a game that's primarily single player, it wouldn't really make a difference anyway. Even in feuds, the time loss would be a sufficient penalty. I'd rather half the playerbase abuse it to get a negligible gain than having half the playerbase bog down the support system with trivial HP requests.

Those tickets are relatively fast to work and wouldn't make as much impact as people think. There are quite a few tickets submitted that shouldn't be or lack needed information that often bog things down.
