Customer service disappointment

Can anyone tell me how to get Scopely to compensate my health and resources lost from their defective game wwe champions. It has been freezing and crashing costing me hundreds of health packs and props for weeks. Scopely.com customer service does not reply. In game help just closes tickets with a response but never gives restitution. I feel like they don't care about this. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry you seem to be having a support issue , Might I ask you to try an in game support ticket one more time and be sure to provide as much information as possible to help them pinpoint your issue and assist you.

The problem was that support wasn't compensating this player and they come here for help and the response is just ask again? Wow. More stellar support....what laziness!

When you do this, Support tells you that opening multiple tickets on the same issue after they have already responded will result in tickets being closed without further response. I'd show you evidence but that would violate the rules here.

well the forum rules mention not to use the forum for support issues as moderators can't do anything about it so yes he's being forwarded to the right place indeed.

I will take this opportunity that someone talk about it. To give my feedback about Customer Service. I cross my finger one day you will improve seriously your Customer Service because right now. Its not really awesome
Customer Service need to be improved. Seriously guys. Its obvious communication its not your strength and this is really something you must improve in future. When we create a ticket its because we have a problem its not for fun that we contact Customer Service. About delay we understand with number of tickets can take a while to answer all. that we understand. for the rest. Your customer support need a huge improve
By moment its like if the guys who work there don't like their job and answer so badly nonsense stuffs. Like they really don't care.
I just receive a inappropriate answer from Customer Service about a bug I got yesterday about I got a weird bug of loots loops. I means got 1400 gold and 1600 in second and the third was empty. Same after 20 matches. I got the same loops. the game was blocked and I getting nothing just the same loops from my first matches of the day. I send them screenshot. I just wanted to say to fix issue with loots. I tell them that I tried very hard to farm Black TP but because of this bug the game don't allowed me to do so after few hours. since maybe 1 week I just got Empty Loots and problem with loots. So I just ask if its possible to fix this
the guys answer me that they don't try to manipulate the game and its not their fault if I don't get what I wanted. I think the guys don't have understand like always when we explain something. He probably understand that I didn't get Black TP and all of this was part of algorythm,etc... So he closed the ticket
Clearly the guy don't understand when we explain technical issue or problem related to the game or account problem. Since maybe 1 week maybe 2 week. I got 2 or 3 guy. None of them are able to solve my problem
I don't know anymore where I must go to solve my problem.
- I got problem with loots (X) They didn't care and closed the ticket
- I have a problem with Gear Loot Pull missing in my Loot Section and I am unable to do any pull for Gear (X) They didn't care and closed the ticket
- I got some problem and lost some rewards during Ready or not feud contest milestones 6 and 9 didn't give me my rewards. I receive the gold but strange didn't receive the rest of all rewards. trying to reclaim it via support (X) didn't solve they didn't care and closed the ticket
- I got many crash because their game don't work properly since 0.51 update and wanted to reclaim some Health Pack for compensation again (X) they didn't care and close the ticket
- Whatever the problem. They just read it and say '' Oh its bad that happen to you and that you have a bad experience into the game'' and close the ticket
- Damn we don't feel at all its human being all this. We have a feeling its some Robot or automated answer.
