Improving rewards claim system
Lately a lot of players are missing rewards either from portal or from in game rewards claim system.
I am personally also missing ALL rewards from hof Hogan community rewards which I claimed on portal but never received in my game inbox.
Second thing observed is that I am also missing in game contest claimed reward items once every week.
I really think this can be fixed as this is causing trouble to the community as support takes a week to resolve such issues and we have other issues to take up with support (game crashing/ freezing causing hp loss mainly)
If any of these happened, support ignores previously unanswered rewards issue and closes the ticket.
Look forward for the missing rewards fix. Hope it won't take a year to fix.

In game missing rewards are typically not missing they auto open on claim. The other things mentioned are being investigated to fix.

Get rid of the auto open feature and let these bags and such go into our inventory. It’s very annoying not knowing what you’re getting. It’s also very inconvenient to get a plethora of medals or belts from rewards and have them auto open when you have no room for them. Let us open this stuff when we have room for it.
