Matt Hardy is important
I think Matt Hardy is now very important trainer but who started now or new they don't have him and without him I think we can't play or enjoy the honky tonky free trial superstar and many more others superstar are also based on multiply gems so my suggestion is to give Matt Hardy only 2SB to all players that can help others players how don't have Matt so please give him

Hello @wwe656161 the team is unable to do anything with Matt Hardy due to contracting outside of their control. That could change in the future but he will not be offered at this time.

But he is main trainer for multiple gems superstar and he is so important to us to get only 1Star bronze because if wiil not their our multiply gems superstar are not much good and so many people can't enjoyed the honky tonky free trial because he need main trainer Matt Hardy so please please give him only 1SB and but he is not that much rare superstar because all players have only how Started late they don't have him

Well , Matt Hardy was removed when it was 60 tokens away . I understand you cannot give the remaining tokens but you can make sure to give the perks to some other character in the game whom we can pull easily or to perhaps who we all have and is quite common to pull . You can do that right ?

You can change him to how you did with Enzo to Akam . There are many who left but their trainer abilities were given to someone else . If you can do that why can't you do with Matt Hardy trainer abilities. It is unfair to leave many a players with few shards away from a important trainer ability like that of Matt Hardy . It is unfair on all of us .

You're referring to re-skins which haven't been done in a few years now due to the complications that come with it. I will pass along to the team that a request for a similar training ability is out there. I would suggest having others post their concern here so we know how many are impacted and are looking for this feature

That's super interesting to know. I'm a completionist, and while I do have regular Matt Hardy, one of my most frustrating parts of this game is how some characters just disappear. Characters like Broken Matt, or Big Cass, I never unlocked so the feeling that I can't ever get them is a real pain.
That being said, I always assumed that if they were contracted to be a part of the game, you would have that right forever. It still sucks, but it's good to know that's not the case.
I would love a feature/workaround, much like the star fill, for a currency that we could trade for a shard of our choosing. Not sure if that would go against the contract but that could help us fill some of our collection holes.

Or I think give Matt 800 shards daily free in web portal or give that in game message

Matt is most important trainer that I'm trying to get from 600 months so please give him because all players have Matt but some players didn't get him so if you give him that would be great help for us

I agree, make second Character with the same training ability as Matt like you did with Butch for Sting. And give them as a free character in another MLE so those that don’t have Matt can have them easier.
