Zcena tokens

So I recently had a bad experience and would like to know if anyone went through this as well. I collected 8/9 tokens. Final day came and went. I signed in to the game multiple times during the day and never received the final token needed to redeem zcena. I reached out to scopely and all they said was sorry you must’ve missed the window to redeem and left it at that. I responded and haven’t heard back since. Anyone else have this problem?

    Hi, Yes after zombie black trial getting free z cena is best thing offer by scopely.

  • I cannot say I have heard of anyone else that I know that had that problem. (Of people I know that play the game)

  • Hi. Yes there is a serious issue with the game not delivering all of the free zCena free medallions. I know this because it happened to me and some of my faction mates. It is a legitimate issue with the game and I’m disappointed in the way that Scopely Support has handled the whole situation.This is not the first time the game has not delivered earned or free event rewards. I had to go back and forth with Scopely Support’s automated customer services system before I could even have contact with a human being. Then it was the same thing of the Scopely Support person saying a i did something wrong. Finally on the 4th attempt with Scopely Support did they agree to escalate my request with not getting all of the zCena medallions to a higher level support and actually look into the situation. Definitely open a customer service request with Scopely Support. And don’t give up until they actually help you.

  • I think in some cases game just dont see that you are looged in if you dont refresh the game from previous day playing thats why the events is missing too in some cases so if i dont get anything what i have earned. I refresh the game and then all is ok.

    I would recommend speaking with customer support on your missing medallion.

    @Ramsay the problem is, when I reached out was effectively told “too bad so sad” and that’s about it

    They wouldn’t listen to the fact I had logged in every day to claim however only received 8 tokens - it was definitely a copy and paste / automated response which wasn’t very good IMO

    Sorry to hear, unfortunatelly they are the only ones that can do anything about isolated issues so I'd recommend replying to them or opening a new tickets.

    @Ramsay The problem is that we’re going to Scopely Support at your suggestion and Scopely Support is not listening, not investigating these same claims with the same issue. That issue being the game is not performing like it is supposed to and customers/players are getting no help from Scopely Support. See the posts. I’ve been told too bad. I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do now because the event ended and saying that my case was opened after the event ended. It’s not true. I opened my ticket during the zCena event. Scopely Support closed out the the ticket without even looking into the matter. I got no update. I’ve had to open multiple Scopely Support tickets. I have to explain the situation over again and mention that I never got help the first time I opened a ticket.

    The forum was created so we can discuss issues with game. Now can you do your job and bring this issue up with a manager in Scopely Support so we can get the free zCena that we should’ve gotten already had the game delivered us all of the free zCena medallions like it was supposed.

    My job is not to do that no, Moderator's job are to moderate the forum and guide people in the right direction should they need to, not deal with support issues as we dont have any access to those people nor any account information and it is explicitly mentioned on the forum guidelines not to use the forum to discuss any support issues in here in the first place...

    We mentioned it to the CM but again, it's not his job either, he has nothing to do with customer support or support issues, that is handled exclusively by the support team who are the only ones with account details and accesses.

    I understand your frustration about your issue not being handled how you would like it to be but unfortunately that wont make it so other people or departments that cant do anything about it will magically be able to.

    First of all, We are very sorry you and others are experiencing such a delay with our Support. Rest assured, all tickets should be replied soon.

    And as already mentioned by our Moderators, we do not talk about or handle Support Tickets on this forum. We also mentioned it in our Community Guidelines:


    But regarding your issue, we will poke Support again and make them aware of still existing cases for this issue.

  • @Firpo Thanks for chiming in. I hate to bring up Scopely Support in the Forum, but Scopely makes so much money off of its paying customers that the company should not be abandoning us when something goes wrong with the game. Anything you can do to let a manager at Scopely Support know what’s going would be greatly appreciated. Please share these posts with Scopely Support manager.
