Kick Back Tour compensation
I heard that the people who got 40k shirts also received compensation; and also difn’t get rolled back. Is this true? Will people who didn’t get the 40k also get compensation?

Yeah they are giving compensation that already got 40k shirts and already used it and we only got 400 and nothing for us,screwply ways to screw people.

Atleast they’ve told people that the intended amount was 4000 not 400 that we received for doing the tour ‘late’ so get your tickets into support!
A very brief summary of what happened...
If you got the 40,000 and spent them you didn’t get rolled back and ended up getting some extra goodies.
If you got the 40,000 and didn’t spend them (lol) they took 30,000 off you leaving you with 10,000 and some extra goodies.
They’ve also said the right amount is 4000 but changed it to 400 in the tour for everyone who didn’t get 40,000.

just thought I’d clarify the situation on the kickback tour T Shirt fiasco as it appears that a certain mod in here is claiming this is ‘resolved’ without actually going into any form of detail on the late thread and simply closing it when this should still be up for discussion.
A very brief summary of what happened...
The 3rd node of hell mode in the Kickback Tour was giving out 40,000 Prizewall currency for approximately the first 2 hours the tour was released. This was then changed to 400 afterwards.
Scopely have sent a in game message to everyone who got 40,000 shirts giving them extra goodies and only rolling back the shirts if you didn’t spend them. The most interesting part, in my humble opinion, is in the message it states that the intended amount was 4000. This is still paying out 400 only so at a minimum if you don’t complete the tour in the first 2 hours we are due 3600 shirts each.
ill attach the screenshots that you need to contact in game support to get your 3600 shirts that you are owed if you couldn’t complete the tour in the first 2 hours.

All in on this. I only got 400, some got 40k and scopely in black and white say it was supposed to be 4,000. Players who didn’t spend got to keep 10k. So iM either due 3,600 or 10,000 scopely, this is not over.

I only got 400 as well. I’ve just messaged in game support to see if the remaining 3,600 can be added to my account. Ideally they would make it up to the 10k though!

I didnt even get an in-game message or any kind of compensation. How is that possible?
the logic to give out only 400 to some, but 40,000 to some, while originally it should have been 4,000 for everyone isnt really easy to understand. Let us know if anybody is successful in receiving at least 3,600 tshirts out of that (which i actually doubt).

It's a bunch of crap. If you got 40k and spent it you get to keep everything and the extra goodies. If you got 40k and didn't spend you get 10k and the extra goodies if you didn't get 40k you get less than the 4k you were supposed to get. Only in scopelys world does that make sense. They should just own their mistake and give everyone the 40k but obviously scopely doesn't have any scruples to do the right thing. We will just get messages saying it's been resolved and we don't care.

What the hell, so scopely messed up, and those who lucked out got extra compensation in coins and TP, and those who didn’t luck out get no compensation. They really are doing all they can to destroy the game this weekend

Same crap from the company. Rich get richer. So much easier to give everyone 40k shirts to buy everything from prize wall than to reward the ones who got the 40k spent that emptied the store and give them more crap. Great job from this company. Time to contact lawyers. This could be racism in today's society. Scopely will go bankrupt

@DKMangler issue wasn't resolved. You compensated people who cashed out prize wall goodies and then gave them more with a complete advantage over many people. Meanwhile, I only got 400 shirts so I'm missing the supposively 4,000 shirts the match was to hold. In today's world a lawyer can say this is racism and discrimination the company has done. Scopely should send out the 40k shirts to everyone let everyone buy everything from the prize wall. Maybe actually correct the error and give everyone the same. People that got the 40k had all ready spent them so they got to keep everything. Complete crap. Then you compensate them with more.

Hey guys,
We sent a message to all AFFECTED players who got the incorrect number of PW coins in that Node. In that message, we explained our next steps and compensated THEM for an error in the game they had to experience for a short period.
We understand that some players might not agree with our actions but rest assure our decisions to handle situations like that are always for the best of the game and its players, from a more long-term view rather than too short-term.

Stop crying people and move on! Did you really think Scopely was going to give everyone 40k tshirts....then you see people saying is discrimination, what a joke lol it was a mistake that some took advantage of, I have missed many Scopely mistakes and don’t go around hoping they take the stuff away from everyone. You guys sound selfish saying if I don’t get it no one should and that is just sad!

Best interest? Sorry but that’s wrong, you compensated people who already got more than the rest of us, you made a bad situation worse. And even from the message admitted you screwed the majority from saying it should of been 4000 but only giving us 400.
This is not in the best interest of the game, it is not fair, and no logically, rationally minded person who isnt being paid off could even possibly think it is

I think for many, the fact those who got lucky, and still ended up with 10k shirts got compensation but the rest of us got nothing.
mistakes happen, but after that, those who already benefitted got extra on top of that, which is a joke

Wow. How does giving league shop currency to those that managed to take advantage of the bug in time fair? I missed out on the 40k shirts by about 5 minutes. And now I ALSO don’t get the league shop currency? Wow. Just wow.

not aggressive just speaking the truth, they sound like my crying 2 year old because they didn’t get what they want. Saying they are selfish is not lying, anyone that says if I don’t get it no one should is selfish.

I agree with that, but why should players that took advantage of Scopely mistake be penalized? Fight for what you believe but don’t ask for others to be punished because you(not directed specifically at anyone) didn’t get the same rewards. It’s Scopely mistake so screaming for everyone to get the items taken away it’s so selfish.

You didn't send a message to all "AFFECTED" players. Those who only got 400 shirts are "AFFECTED". We didn't get a massive benefit that others got simply because scopely made a mistake. Now instead of fixing the situation scopely doubles down and makes it worse. This is why the games going down the toilet. Scopely just doesn't care and sweeps things under the rug.

it’s speaking the truth, they are crying and being selfish. I think Scopely should give 40k to everyone or at least 10k, but I would never request for all the ones that took advantage of Scopely MISTAKE to get their items taken away. That’s all I’m saying the fight should be give me not take from them if I don’t get it.

Ahh so you made another mistake 🙄 however now we are all affected so when are we getting compensation.
Im sorry but if you think this is fair, then you really should be embarrassed at being called a community manager, as clearly the interests, or what is best for the community is not your concern and your role should be changed to ‘scopely manager’
