When I click on vault and click to redeem my vault coins disappear automatically whats happening man I don't understand i have lost about 5 vault coins and gain no featured thing please help me and give me my vault coins back scopely

This happened here, too. But in my inventory appeared several gift boxes from the vault without me having picked any vault loot cards... Strange bug
