What this event is highlighting is the incompetence of moderators, community managers and technical support. If not the majority, if a large part of players, we have not been able to connect for about 24 hours (with the consequent individual and faction damages), the moderators only say that they pass the ball to technical support or sanction for not complying with the rules of the forum . Community managers disappeared and without informing when a solution is planned, if they are going to compensate and in what way of technical support better not to mention since the problem persists.
