I am not getting rewards and I check my locker

If You click the icon with two people at the top right of that error message it will have you log in with FB again and once it's linked you can collect rewards.

I do thank you for writing back. But when I still sign in it shows my Facebook picture but my name says champion and when I look at rewards nothing shows up. Now I hear play through portal and I don't know how to do that or if I am just doing something else wrong

Okay we will keep this open. Someone from the team may need to link your fb account to the correct account as when it says "Champion" it is assigned to that FB

I also lost my account and scopely gave me a ticket number is it possible you could tell me where I should go to fix it

Since support gave you a ticket number they should now be able to resolve this more efficiently. Please let us know if they are unable to resolve.

I just noticed when I go to View Profile it gives me this is this why my game and portal not working. And scopely hasn't got back to me about the ticket

I found out that portal is on a different Facebook account and I deleted it and can not get back on. What can I do to change this

You can log out of the portal and log back in with the correct account by going to your profile on the portal

I log put on portal and whenbi log in it shows the picture of the account that was deleted. Does this mean I am going to have to start over again

What do you mean by the account that was deleted? A FB profile can only be logged to one instance of the game.

I had 2 Facebook accounts and I deleted the one account and the one I am using now i even changed my picture just to see if it was different and it shows the old account picture

Okay you will need to contact support and let them know which FB account should be connected to your game. Once that's sorted use the same one to log in here and you should be eligible to receive the portal rewards.
