As of right now I have 16 people from The Uselessness faction that went to spend community vault pulls just to get a *something went wrong try again later* had to refresh, then all the coins were gone.
¹ I'm also seeing reports of this from other factions as well through the town hall server. You had delayed this a couple times and this still happened. The question is now what are we going to do about the people who lost their coins? Anyone else have this issue? Drop what faction you're in here so hopefully they'll see it!

These vaults have been faulty to say the least. On the previous stamps vault I was shorted 16 pulls and nobody was able to do anything.
Here we are on today’s vault, I lost 5 pulls at the time the pulls were at $50 a pull and it was flooded with prizes worth nowhere near $50 a pull:
Now it’s at a little over $100 a pull for the same saturated flood of 350 trick prizes over the 24 possible ok prizes.
Support will just reply with the usual scripted there’s nothing we can do about your current loss but “we’ll look into this for future events” response.
I am sick of constantly being put at a loss as a result of a badly developed feature.
I have wasted money on the currency for continues to earn these coins to only have a glitch eat them up and provide nothing for them.
I’m pretty sure as they have done so previously that Support won’t even look at this until the vault is over with, which really comes off as negligent from a customers view.
Scopely needs to make this right, this is beyond frustrating.

It’s always the same thing people spend to get pulls the vault errors out, support doesn’t get to it til after the fact.
Customer get left with a loss and a scripted “thanks for your patience” , “we’re currently investigating the same thing over & over”, or “though there is nothing we can do for your loss at this time we can pass this on to our development team for future events”.
This is the worst...
