Vault Black Friday
I think you could have foreseen an additional Vault, considering that people like me have spent money to do some opening and found it completely emptied, time to go to sleep, open the game I spend for tokens, open the vault ... empty . What do we do, refund us the money spent or do you make another vault?

I bought a Black Friday Extravaganza Loot Coin and got a Black Friday Vault Coin. All teammembers got all things from vault, so i spend 3 bucks for nothing? Are you kidding me? The whole faction spend a lot of money and you punish single players with worthless vault coin? Do you have a gambling license? Paying for nothing is allowed in gambling but not in a serious business contract. If this is true I spent my last $ in shop.

These public vaults are not a new concept. There is a risk they are emptied and thats the way this concept currently works. Thanks Champ

When You made the purchase did you not check what you could get? Did you not understand how vaults work? These are things that clearly are your responsibility. You weren't forced to make the purchase. If you did so without understanding then that is again your responsibility.
Feedback has been given regarding the vault but it hasn't been adjusted. There is a thread for Feedback in the contest section where you can add additional constructive feedback surrounding it.
