I need a mod to help me with this since I am getting nowhere with the in game support.


as shown on that picture when you purchase that bundle you get ladder steps for faction feud, I never received the steps. Sole purpose for the purchase was for those steps. Being told that it’s a “glitch” and I am screwed.

what am I to do now? Am I supposed to just deal with being screwed over or is there another place I can take this for it to be resolved?
