Just some coins for energy.. IDC 2 follow protocol. It's irritating frustrating annoying, not fun, not productive, just get told what to do wait an entire day for a response fall for someone to just be picky about the precise wording and placement of your comments instead of just helping the situation I still have yet to be satisfied with tech support sorry guys for whoever is on that team and actually tries but the verdict is in tech support? Hot garbage!✒ New updates? 🚽Hot garbage! Everybody's hard work? You get the picture at this point I'm just venting and am coming off like a. PG pg. Not to mention what's actually got me pissed off, I've been locked out of the actual game for like an hour and a half now and the app closed mid-match like 30 times and I must have wasted a hundred fifty Health packs easy cuz of it and again I don't care to have someone correct my grammar or tell me where I should or shouldn't say this don't make it so confusing then I'm not asking for help I just want people to see this I guess I don't care you guys made me hopeless. ...🎉 salud. 🎈

    We see this and realize that its a waste of being posted in tech support. If the game doesn't work you probably shouldn't continue trying 50 more times while its not working properly...


    You can submit a support ticket in game to request your health packs back. But typing up these posts and making these moderators read and waste their time on posts like these, takes away from the reason this entire forum was made.


    Find the right section. Post there. And stop just openly trying to bash the company. You can always find help if you do it the right way.

    I had to be in comms w ur staff 4so many HOURS. Answering questions. Proving my claims. At request? Had to take&send over 60 SS's thru email & the in game help thing ŵ 11 diff ppl. Records of dates&times to each indv 11ppl. Totheir eventual agreement & apology+ continual promise of rectifying &reimbursement. I took SSs of every convo where I was mostly civil.

    ..yall found my claims& more were true !

    Things kept disappearing ..

    1. 30$ real money
    2. 50➕ mostly 4⭐ & 5🌟 superstars
    3. My entire locker inventory +TP etc.
    4. More but hey if ANY staff WHO dealt with me actually remembers and can speak up? Please do?!. I'll sing your praises!! C'mon?! Kareem. I know u remember
    5. &wasted time ?try try earning ALL of them stars n.. Yeah

    @KneeganSam The reason why you were told to post in specific places is to help the team best assist you. I know frustrations can run high at times but it makes it difficult to determine actual issues occurring so we can get feedback to the right places. For missing in-game items you need to contact the support team in-game. You can do this by clicking the gear icon in the game and then the help button in the menu that appears. For the feedback, it needs to be placed in the feedback and suggestions section to be seen by the right people. Thanks Champ

    What is the point players of been seeing these issues for years there are greedy underhanded practices as well as bad development on Scopely’s part it’s getting ridiculous.

    I have been working on a ticket since October with Daniel who surprisingly is the best Scopely support has to offer which is SAD given that I have been getting a runaround and have a growing list of unresolved issues.

    I now have a new phone all of the progress hasn’t been carried over to my game account, now I am back to square one dealing with this:

    This is just ridiculous and certainly not worth the amount of money that I have wasted on this app. There are too many predatory practices on behalf of Scopley’s part. I for one am not spending another dollar until my issues are resolved.

    I am seriously half tempted to dispute my purchases given that I have been baited and switched with these horrible odds, the lack of support, & downright shameless exploitation on behalf of Scopely towards its customers.

    If anyone bothers to google Ackies vs Scopely it’s evident that they clearly lost a case over these exact issues that we are asking them to make better only that it focuses on their Star Trek product this is clearly a company norm that needs to get better.

    I have wasted too much money on this product to be getting the type of service that I am getting. I’m sure most of us are in the same situation.
