Who are you guys kidding you make the games you make the rules and you ask a person who's been playing 5 years almost to add ideas and try to get feed back the support team usually takes a week or better to even answer I quit asking for help I still play but you really gonna listen to any of us nope we ask the support team and half the time they just blow me off so really what's the point in asking us to help me it a better game your gonna do what you want anyway

    Sometimes ita 24h and sometimes 48h. Then you've already explained everything but they want you to repeat it to make sure


    And you have to wait again


    Or the dread "we've noticed some key terms" response

    @Sandman3360 I understand your frustrations. I hope this forum is a new way for many people to have similar ideas heard that we can take back to the team. Not everything can be implemented as there is a strategy of development. But the feedback is passed along for consideration. Thanks Champ. When you get the chance please review the community guidelines as well to provide more specific feedback.

    The in game reply even after 15 days they dont respond. I'm trying to explain something they reply with something

  • Kindly help me out buddy not only technical issue their has been lot of issues I have been forced to leave top faction due to these inactive faction pop ups I just clicked and it threw me away from my faction and I was suppose to claim rest of 6 rewards and I was rewardless after that

  • Hope I get a honest solution that I'm trying to express since the last event fighting for reward and not getting it hurts not only that it keeps the missing milestone away I cant keep adding same thing until I find a proper solution

    If you’re receiving so many support requests that it takes 2-3 days or longer for first contact, you either have a poorly developed app or you lack adequate support staffing.

    Going on 48 hours of my account missing. Multiple faction mates were wiped at the same time and also waiting on first response in their support tickets.

    Now well past 48 hours from my support ticket and have yet to receive first response. Three other faction mates in the same boat also haven’t heard anything.

    Appreciate it.

    I finally got my account back. In the process, I lost two days towards the monthly daily rewards so I'll end up missing the big prize unless in game support responds again and helps.

    I asked about getting brought up to the current day but have yet to hear back. I made it a point to post a comment in my ticket every day as that could prove I logged into the app every day. We'll see.

    you might still be fine missing 2 days tho cause we got day 24 reward on the 23rd which mean we will get day 29 on the 28th

    In game support told me they will not be recouping any lost rewards. I logged into the game every day. It wasn't by MY DOING that my account wasn't accessible. I am done spending on this game. I can't think of a company with worse customer support.

    My issue is not even with losing my account. It's spending money in the game in app, it not showing and sending them a ticket. I agree: it takes way too long for a response. If there are a lot of people having issues (or not) the company should have the people to handle the issues. Now with most of these guys they lost days and rewards and I will lose what I pad for and instead get in game dollars.

    I like the idea of using the forum for Support Tickets. The mods tend to be more responsive on here, not to mention with posting to the forum you have a trackable log and history of your issue as well as the back and forth. I think my biggest issue with the support ticket is once you send it, it’s off to the abyss. I think what the forum does is increase visibility around different issues others are experiencing. Whereas 100 people could submit a support ticket and they’d have no way to know others have reported it. On the forum it’s easy to see existing reports and being able to review them can proactively make you aware of different issues you may run into. The visibility on the forum also breeds accountability for a response and a timely one at that.

    the problem with that idea is that the forum mods don't work for support and the support people have nothing to do with the forum team. Also support issues more often then not involve confidential information about account, there's a reason no company ever have "public" support issues.

    I get that for sure. Maybe it could be a “DM Support” option on the forum that’s instead a direct message to Support reps so as to not have it posted publicly. Or there could be differentiation: for an issue relating to account info/payment methods reach out to support via DM - if the issue is of no sensitivity to your personal info a public post could be utilized. This could also help encourage more users to take advantage of the forum and the portal itself.

    I guess ultimately I wish there was just more visibility around Support tickets, what’s their response time estimates, who is working on the issue for me, etc. I know I have as well as plenty of members from my faction Space Jam tend to reach out and receive no response a fair amount of the time.
