Stop Being a Scam bot system

Could we get some actual decent gamer appreciation? Between these 'events' that don't allow us to actually participate because the game has devolved into a pay to play concept.

Bullshit like you have to fight off a 1% odd to try to get a 2 star bronze required superstar to do anything every month. Or heck the trial 'events' where you get a refund if you completely and meet the standards (to which when you do meet them you only get 6M refunded, and then the support team claims the milestones were refunds as well...you know that fine line where achievements/rewards aren't that but are technically refunds) and everything you put in is pretty much pointless.

Consistently the support team is 'investigating' but not doing anything, can't do anything, or refuses to do anything claiming gamer fault. Heck in the past I had to deal with ' support's for almost a month to just get health packs for known game crashes. As well they're having me document this shit with snap shots and then they're stating our our data says this, that, or not that.

Every corner turned there's an issue and your brand and teams are non receptive and don't want to help the gamers that make you significant and put you on the map. And that shit needs to stop. Stop being a 2 bit cheapskate app that literally bleeds it's clientele and actually see shit through. The only difference you have between this app and candy crush is the nostalgia factor. So give your gamers some friggin slack and stop scamming us.

Have an actual support team that supports, and stop giving us this 2 bit bull shit buy this new bs to participate.

    Thanks for your Input here.


    We are constantly trying to improve the game experience in every part of the game. You arent satisfied with the current way we run the contests, and we will take that feedback into future contest designs. But some changes need a bit more time for us to design or develop and we also have our vision of the game which we would like to achieve. So your ideas and ours have to harmonize in the end.


    Regarding the Support issues you described:

    I am sorry to hear about all the trouble you went through, but I can assure you, that our Support Team is always trying to help you out and solve your issue.. But for this they have to verify and check everything before they can take actions. Sometimes data is missing and they have to wait for it, or the player did not send all needed info to proceed. Very often the affected player did not read the Support response properly and misses the point where he actually just had to reply back.

    To avoid such cases i suggest to make use of our little How-to for submitting proper Support Tickets.


    Last but not least, this November we are giving out lots of love and appreciation tokens to our players, whether in contests, daily rewards or here on the forum. We appreciate every single Champion out there and thats why we celebrate Thanks-Giveaway throughout whole November! We hope you enjoy it.
