Low Level Defense showdown
Hi guys,
I'm gonna leave an opinion that many will not like, my thought is to put a defense with a very low level, why? you ask, so that we all score easily and for me the most important reason, to help champions who have a Low-level roster, when I was starting and I had 3sb superstars and had to fight with 3sg or 4sb superstars, I always lost and had to spend a lot of first-aid kits, and maybe many people leave the game for that, well, I think it would be easier for everyone if we put up a defense like that.

I've always said the community should have low level defence so we can all achieve the better rewards.

since the 5* appeared and the new sd system, people seems to think they must absolutely show their big c... hum superstar. sd was my preferate mode in this game and now it's now fun to me anymore. rewards are low, or you must reach an enormous goal where you have a ludicrous reward

Low Defence is for an easy win and now is not possible to play a showdown in this way

I believe the real problem/solution is the Showdown Mode needs to be rescaled so no matter what tag team combo you put in your opponent will be equal or less than yours.

I always try to lower my defenses after the reset hits overnight to try and help people out. I wish this was a more common practice.

This is a game. The point of a game is to be bigger and better than the next guy. Why would it benefit anyone to make it easier for someone else to get better.

I definitely feel like we should lower defense where applicable in showdown events.

The match system is broken. The last SD Event I have 1 4sg character and I keep getting matched with multiple 5sb tag teams. I cannot compete in SD event after reaching 400 or so. After reaching that milestone you have all the top guys with the best characters in the game at 5sb. Not ideal at all

Don't lower defenses it's okay... But let AI do the job to match you up basis talent level similar to feud. At least that's a fair chance to win.

The tweaked showdown so you can't really use the lower defense
Talent matching and unavailable opponents are the main issues now. Along with getting hit 3 times for every match you play.

ok you are right but most of the people cannot buy in game with real money and they have to wait very long time until they can have a good roster so this idea of low defense can help a lot of people to have good roster and enjoy the game more

As a lower roster (500kish) I appreciate the lower defenses, my roster isn't crazy strong, and I don't have many premium characters..
Personally, I wish they would scrap the revenge aspect, as I believe that's where most points lost comes from..

Because - this game is 95% of the time you vs the AI - this isn't 100% multiplayer game. So a low defense on day 2 of showdown - doesn't hurt you.

The new SD is a boring format - there is no way to even attain half of the solo rewards anymore - and I have 815K roster with 8 maxed 4 star golds.
The match making is awful - i get so many 5 stars opponents at early stages of this game...

From a solo point of view I agree, but with a faction point of view, faction scores would be higher if defences were lowered after the reset. This would normally mean greater rewards for yourself

The only argument I have against low level defence is that whilst you’re trying to gain your showdown coins for events, you’ll get slapped down so quickly that it will be impossible to actually progress and you stalemate yourself. The best idea I came up with would be to set a strong defence whilst you’re gaining your coins. Once you finish, then reset your defence to a weak one

Tale as old as time...only issue I have is people gunning for the lower defences when you yourself have a juggernaut team that can take out anyone

Might help everyone if we put the weakest for defense so everyone can score points

Lowering your defense after hitting the milestones or collecting all possible showdown coins until the reset should be a common practice.
