Faction Entrants

I had 97 members in faction when this Feud event started on Friday, Now im aware of the rotation stuff, But i had someone else enter from a lower faction of ours as they realised more time to feud, Saturday, they enhanced/levelled up a 6s, but got no points in the event, i understand rotation stuff, but this wasnt the case, please rectify this as it will harm members/factions that do a ranking system

All cases that i'm aware of the person scored points in their previous faction and so they are locked to that one for points. This is intended and a HIGHLY requested feature
