"Town Hall" should be publicly readable (read only at least)

I don't understand how there's a place where sometimes critical communication happens with the game is not available to people.

At the very least, the public can just have read only access. Limit who can talk, that's fine, whatever. But it's not right that a lot of people got to hear information through the grapevine of we are lucky enough to hear it.

You can ask your faction. Leader to pass along any pertinent details from town hall. If they are not in town hall, encourage them to get involved
