Upgrade Older Superstars

I would like to make a motion of upgrading some of the older superstars to be more competitive with the newer ones that have been released over the last year an a half...Example is the S Tier Miz has some good moves but is overall pretty weak when going against more recent strikers or just any recent superstars over the past year and I think it's time to upgrade them to make it a more level playing field. The fact that some S Tiers are weaker than A or even B tiers is frustrating.
