"12" days of Wonder loot tokens change halfway in?!?!

Half way through the 12 days of Wonder contest, the lootcoins changed.

Each day had a "Spend a loot coin for the first time" bonus, so I was only spending enough to reach milestones.

You cant call a constest "12 days", and then change the currency halfway. Are the lootcoins now obsolete?

The loot had a timer on it so you would use them up. last I heard there was no plans to bring that loot back.

You mean the same way these ongoing contests have timers?

Their contest continue, and so does the respective lootcoins/keys.

The "12" days contest still continue, but the lootcoins changed.

I would imagine people getting upset, if the keys were rendered obsolete from week to week in a continous contest. I know, I would.

You're definitely right. I'm really interested to see the explanation for this because I have a similar on going issue with the timers attached to certain memberships. I really hope op at least gets to use their initial tokens.

They were changed to weekly so that people who newly hit league 7 can use keys.
